Marlo General Store reviews
9I would say this is a pretty good place never been but I like coming here and stuff overall pre good
We go to Marlo so many times each year, its great to get back there, we go out for coffee, we eat at the pub and buy from the grocery store, thank you so much, will be back soon, Best friendly little town to kick back for the weekend cheers Ron Hartley
Has the bare basics you might need if you run out of something at the premium price you would expect from a quiet little country town. Drinks, magazines, bait, fishing gear etc.
A smile cost nothing. It's a pity as they have a monopoly here and seem to have taken advantage of it. I know the locals are rarely seen here. In saying that they do have all your needs covered.
We visit Marlo often, We value the local General Store, they sell most of essentials, we travel often to country towns and familier with what to expect.much beeter than some places visited. We have used cafe for breakfirst.very happy with young staff trying to do a good job. Good food and service. Kepp doing good work guys.
Worst store I have ever visited. When I asked why nothing was priced, I was told there where too many things to price. Expensive as expected, rude guy working there too. Unpleasant place, go to the tackle shop / cafe for real people. Orbost is not far away either with a foodworks.
This little Shop has the basics you might need while camping in the area, it has a huge selection of magazines, there's a small cafe and iceream for the kids.disappointed to hear they don't offer soy milk in the cafe unless it's summer, despite the fact they sell it in the fridge section. Still a great little Shop for the basics.
Absolutely woeful. When I said I was there to buy some lunch @1.45pm, I was told somewhat abruptly 'there's not much left' and was left standing there while he went and served other people who had come in after me, down in the post office area. Eventually, one of those customers approached me and told me about the Bait and Tackle shop that had a cafe. I went there instead and had a delicious lunch.
