Marlo Caravan Park & Motel

Our sixth time staying and it has always been a good experience
The park is small, not really suitable for big rigs but it’s what we like

Great place to stay, walking distance to most utilities. Great clean and tidy caravan park, we will be back.

It's not our first time here but we haven't been here since Covid started. The facility is not well maintained like it used to be. The garden areas overgrown with dead plants and some rubbish (old towels, cushions) laying around. The cabins need a bit of attention, like a fresh coat of paint would not hurt. We assumed could be short staffed coming out of lockdown/Covid. On the plus side, the location is good with the pub just across the road and very close to the water.

Lovely park with very nice owners, extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the studio cabin which looked brand new. Our friends stayed on a powered caravan site which was lovely and grassy. A lot of the sites had lovely tree screens for privacy. The Marlo pub across the road was so good, friendly staff and amazing food!
Definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I could not recommend this place enough! We stayed in the cabins, the bed was so comfy and the facilities were clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This is the perfect location, right near the local pub for an easy dinner and/or drinks. We had such a lovely time, you won’t regret your stay here.

Beautiful relaxed park with very friendly and helpful staff, we keep coming back for a reason, it’s just such a great place to stay.

Super clean amenities and convenient position in the centre of this little town just across the road from the beautiful Marlo pub. Very Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Stayed in our camper trailer for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was fantastic. Staff were lovely, it was directly opposite the pub and only a short drive to multiple beaches. If you haven’t been to Marlo yet it’s a hidden gem.

Was only there for a short time, but the cabin was very clean and the staff super friendly. If I was traveling through Marlo again I would stay here

Marlo was an unexpected treasure. We had never been before and have loved the caravan park, clean, friendly with great facilities and views.

We've loved the fishing, walks, sunsets, and time with the family. It really is a special place.

Nice clean friendly modern caravan park. Has all the amenities one needs and is close to excellent beaches and Cape Conran Coastal Park.

Very nice and clean. Pitches are nice size. Helpful staff and friendly. No kitchen facilities (maybe coming soon?). Easy to park.

Arrived at Marlo caravan park & motel, I was greeted by a friendly staff member, give a top spot to set up my camper.
Latter met owners Collin and Roslin, they saw I was by my self, invited me up to there place for happy hour, witch then turned into dinner!
There hospitality and friendliness to me was fantastic
Thoroughly recommend this place for short-term or long term stays dog friendly as well just shows you what kind of people are fantastic

Great park, friendly service, appreciated the drying mat in the shower. Only suggestion would be a change machine in the laundry. Walking distance to a fabulous pub overlooking the water.

The new owners are beautiful people, so friendly and helpful.best place, straight across from Marlo pub and 5 minutes walk to the river and boat ramp. Marlo.beautiful one day.perfect the next!:)

Fantastic park. Lots of choice in accomodation style. Very helpful staff/owners. Little playground. Walk to beach and pub (nice meal). Very clean amenities and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

What a great little park. We had booked a stay 4/pay 3 deal and ended up extending another 3 nights. Ros and Colin are lovely park owners and all of their staff are super friendly. The amenities are huge and spotless. Playground and sunset viewing deck was lovely. BBQ's cleaned meticulously. 50 steps to corner store and same to pub. Hairdressers next door as well, massage therapist. We are quite big (30' van) with a light truck as our tow vehicle and they were able to accommodate us. The Snowy River Estuary walk is a MUST! Can walk it from caravan park. Easy walk to the jetty/boat ramp. Got drink vouchers on arrival, to the pub, so was a welcoming treat. Internet/phone reception with Telstra and Optus streams in, no issues for those that need it. They also have a small motel and cabins (deluxe and standard), pet friendly so something to suit everyone. We are definitely coming back!

Lovely park and motel, very clean and well appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, would certainly recommend to others. Next trip will get to nearby pub for tea, as it sounds like it's a great place too.

Fantastic hosts who went out of their way to help when needed. Great park, clean amenities and brilliant for kids. Highly recommended and we will be back!
