It's an excellent supermarket, it's very well stocked with groceries and they sell alcohol also. It has high standards of cleanliness, the staff are very friendly and are willing to help you take your shopping to your car, no matter how far away you've parked. It's right up there to being a "Great Supermarket" to shop at.

Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Live in Merton, never stop at Foodworks, staff aren't friendly.

Am a local and manage a store in town across the road. Went into the bottle shop and got a bottle, then went into the super market to grab a few things. Girl at the counter asked me if I had paid for the alcohol, I said yes. She obviously didn't believe me, may because I have tattoos, I didn't know but them she snatched the bottle off me and asked for my receipt, then when finally finding it from the liquor girls that I had paid for it, stared at me without an apology or comment as if to say, well of you go then. No wonder so many people in mansfield go to the bigger supermarkets in benalla.

Fantastic location. The shelves were full of items. Ideal location for tourists to get grocery. Bought the cheapest spring water bottled in Australia.

Well stocked large supermarket with bottle shop & Deli staff are friendly and prices good.

Made an online purchase that didn't arrive for more than 3 weeks. Emailed to ask what happened and was told they ran out of stock and would refund me. Pretty disappointed at the lack of basic courtesy and communication. It's not hard to send an email to mention you're out of stock instead of putting the onus on the customer and wasting 3 weeks.

Organised a package to be delivered for a friend up in the High Country (via online) and Marks Supa IGA organised it really well, and wrapped the chilled items so well - this was greatly appreciated to maintain their condition. Really appreciated the care, quality and thoughtfulness of the order/delivery team in successfully completing the delivery of this order!:)

Rang this store from Melbourne because they were the only place that sold the item I was after and they went above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service and posted the items to me. Marks IGA has many Deli items you might not expect with very reliable staff & a well stocked Supermarket.

A big shout out to the Mansfield IGA the friendliest supermarket l have shopped in. The Checkout lady the lady in fresh produce who showed me how to open the bags for the fruit and veg something you don't get in Melbourne (friendly service) and the lady in the deli all had time for a friendly chat.

Good range of products, great staff, if they don, t stock an item, they will try to get it for you. Team red or green won, t do that for you!

Bought meat at yr store it was the toughest meat rubbish and very expensive store.and it was porterhouse should of been tender. Not like an old boot. No thanks.

One of the best delis ive seen that outside of VicMarket.
The Mansfield IGA is huge, great long aisles + at the end of them is The best deli, charcuterie, cheeses, meal items. Lets go back to cheese - international, local, soft, hard, blue, brie. First thing i saw was a Le Dauphin, French brie, then a raclette, omg, I love this place. And the terrine.
I think its fair to say "I'll be back".

Very pleasantly suprised by this little supermarket. Great range of products available, the produce at the deli looked fresh and appetising and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was happy to see that they opened registers as required so no waiting necessary which was very much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

Great service and a fantastic variety of items. Vegetable section and Deli section is fantastuc
