Mark fixed some boots for me and did an excellent job at a reasonable price and great customer service.

Amazing repair work and so affordable too! The shop is really small, run by just one guy, Mark. My daughter needed the zip of her boots to be fixed and Mark asked if we wanted him to get the zip or for him to do. He was outright from the start stating he could only get the zip on Saturday and said it should cost only $20. We told him to get the zip so he said to collect the boots next week, he didn't specify the day. He didn't give us a tag or took our details either. Very simple way of doing business relying on trust.

9 days later we went to the shop and the boots were ready and true to his word, it was only $20. Looking at his workmanship, can't tell which shoe had the broken zip.

Mark is awesome gives genuine old fashioned service does excellent repair work. My only criticism is he doesn't charge enough. I have offered him extra and he won't take it. Very humble man.

Having been left with my right leg longer than the other after a hip replacement, Mark has done great wonders adding more sole to the bottom of my left shoes. He charged a fraction of the cost I was charged by an Orthopaedic Specialist, & quite frankly, it's a better job! Thanks Mark

Brought in a baseball glove that needed stitching repaired and was honestly expecting to be turned away. How wrong I was. Mark did a such a fantastic job on the glove, I should now get at least another 10 years out of it.

I received this pair of gorgeous wedge sandals as a gift from my mum late last year. Unfortunately they were torn due to a miss step. They were some really expensive shoes and I was heartbroken when almost all shoe makers told me they either can’t repair the shores or to restore the look.

But Mark did it beautifully! The seams are extremely discreet. Bonus point is that he charged with very reasonable price! So happy to find a reliable shoe maker.

Cut my keys on the spot. Fast and cheap. Bypass the big hardware stores as they had a 50% success rate on my previous visit with key cutting.

Great prices with excellent workmanship and service. Very quick turnaround for simple things like applying topy rubber soles, etc.
