I would like to share my experience dealing with Robert Markovski from Markovski Memorials in Epping. We successfully lodged an insurance claim to replace the ledger on our parents grave. I met with Robert on site to discuss our options. I explained to him that I have always been very meticulous and needed to in-trust a professional stonemason to supply a quality ledger as we are a very proud family that treasure our mum and dad's final resting place. Robert confirmed with confidence and without hesitation that he would be able to fulfill our needs. The new ledger was ordered. We received calls for several weeks from Robert with updates of the timing and progress. We also requested that we would like to be in attendance during the replacement process and Robert was more than happy to accommodate. WoW… the ledger is absolutely perfect. The professionalism, quality and care of the tradesmen used to remove and replace the new ledger was incredible. Our family is so happy. Finally, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Markovski Memorials and their team based on the experience and professionalism they showed us.

Luke at Markovski attended to poorly legible headstone lettering which had been done by another stonemason.a tricky job. He persisted with having it fixed up until a much better result was achieved and until we both were happy with it. This was a much more professional outcome than the other mason had achieved.
