Great little sewing shop. I needed a certain foot for my Brother machine and the team here were able to order it in for me at a great price (they not only price matched to another store they also took another 5% off.) Easy and efficient customer service and happy to help. Thank you so much team.

I went here for a spare part, not really knowing exactly what I needed. I was patiently educated, including demonstration, and dissuaded from overspending.
This repairer is an exemplar to all service and supply providers of how to carry out business, and retain customers. If I could give six stars I would.
Now relocated to better premises, bigger and better than ever.

In the starting they were good, but after few months the owner named Mark changed alot. I was keep calling to book due service and every time the lady and guy in front was telling me we will pass it on and now 4 months still no response, no one showed up for service. No response at all.

Joanne is a legend. She helped explain all the differences to me as I barely know anything about sewing machines. Bought an industrial sewing machine and an overlocker as I was very pleased with the customer service. And also, their prices are cheaper than private sales on fb market place if I put into account servicing and transporting costs. Bought them for my peace of mind

I had a service during lockdown and was informed it would take about a week due to staff restrictions, after two weeks I still had no machine, I called to get am update and they informed it it hadn't been touched yet, I understood. It happens.

I picked up my machine a few days later it still had the same timing issues that I brought it in for. After taking it back for an additional service it was done in a few days. All up i had no machine for 3 weeks, I use it for my small business so I was a little stressed not having it for so long.

Machine has been working fine since and the staff friendly.

I had just tad hard time finding it, by I assure you they're are at 22A, just look around
The owner is fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend visiting him for repairs and new machines. He has domestic and industrial ones. Very exciting for all of us seamstresses

Having bought a product that was in poor condition with the box that was damaged and the product inside that was also not as described. I called back to request a refund, however, what I did not expect from the other end of the call was a rude seller, shouting profanity back at me, telling me my claims with proof of pictures were "trash". This have left me dumbfounded, and after wanting to support a small local business, I am not sure whether this is a great idea anymore. This is just a warning to those who want to purchase from here. This is has only created more stress and concerns within me, as I have had to contact Singer and the bank, in order to fix a problem that Sew Fix has created. If you want to pay for more stress and problems, this is the best shop!

I called 2 weeks ago to inquire about getting my sewing machine serviced. Spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful with information & costs. Dropped the machine off for service last week (on the Wednesday). Checked the turn-around time for service to be done, and confirmed whether advertisement of approx 4 days was still accurate. Was advised that 4 days is usual turn-around time, but that they weren't incredibly busy, so might be able to get service done in a slightly shorter timeframe.

Called this past Tuesday, as had not heard if/when my sewing machine would be ready to pick up. Was told they've been really busy and no-one has had a chance to assess my machine yet, but should get to that within the next couple days. Called again after lunchtime yesterday & was again told that no one has had a chance to assess/service my machine yet, but that they would do so this morning & I should be able to pick up the machine today.
No update received by lunchtime today, so I called to follow up yet again. Only to be told that my machine had still not been serviced. I told the guy of the all the follow up I had done, only to continually be given the same or similar reply & that I wasn't happy about being mislead and checked if I could pick up my machine. He very rudely and abruptly said that I could pick it up & equally rudely and abruptly hung up the phone.
I honestly can't comment whether the repair or service would have been good, as their lack of customer service didn't actually allow for it to get to a stage where I could comment on that - hence 1 star rating. Rating would have been 0 stars, but I had to choose something, else not possible to post.
The lady who attended to me, when I picked up my machine was lovely and very apologetic, though.

I purchased a brand new machine thru Sewfix the team were great very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
They delivered my machine and installed it and set it up for me and gave me a demonstration.
When I had a problem I called them up and there after purchase support was fantastic. When I could work out what was wrong one of the technicians came out and sorted it no problem at all.
Thanks Sewfix for been a weapons small Australian Buisness.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I recently purchased a voltex 15 needle embroidery machine. The team came out to my business and got it all set up for me. They included bonus items such as various colors of embroidery thread, backing and software. They have been with me every step of the way for support with setting up my new embroidery business. Cant wait to expand and purchase the multi head machine next. They have also serviced my domestic machines and they are now running like a dream.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A BELOVED SEWING MACHINE! We have a Janome Combo fully operational and working. However when flicking it over from overlocker to sewing machine, the sewing machine light would not turn on. We decided to send it to Sew Fix to fix this problem. The collected the sewing machine and weeks went by we did not hear from then. We called them up and arranged to pick up machine. Upon pickup they said they could not fix it as there was to many things wrong with it. WHAT! We dropped it off in working condition with just the above mentioned issue. They gave the machine back in pieces.and destroyed the machine so it no longer works. Then the rude employees said we gave it to them broken which was not DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BE WARNED THEY COULD RUIN YOUR PRECIOUS MACHINE.

Due to Stage 4 restrictions I wasn't able to get to Sew Fix! Hoewver, they cleverly suggested using a courier (only cost $10) and they were able to service and repair my machine the day it arrived. Fixed price, as promised, and it's good as new. Lovely, helpful staff.

I had my machine repaired more than 2 years ago but just started using it regularly during Corana lockdown. It works a dream! So thought I must share this despite being old news. Still same team. Price and pickup very reasonable

Mark has looked after my machines for years and has conducted miracles in keeping them going & has just sold me a new upgrade which is hands down the best machine I have used, he is prompt and reliable
