Use this place if.
You want to be given one quote when you leave something for repair, then get charged more when you go to pick it up, without having any idea about the extra charge.

Use this place if.
You want to be told it will be ready on a certain day, & you call to ask if you can pick it up on that day & get told "It's not ready but you're the next job in the queue - we'll give you a call. " They don't call. You call them after a few days, & get told AGAIN, "It's not ready, but you're the next job in the queue. "

When you finally go to get your item, & they want you to pay more than you were quoted, & you ask why weren't you told about the extra charge BEFORE you went it, they tell you that YOU were not listening when they called you to say come pick it up & that they told you of the extra charge when they called (which they didn't).

When you continue to discuss their poor communication & question the extra charge you get told further, "At which point of the repair should we have stopped & told you it was going to cost more?
(Well, usually it's BEFORE starting the repair. If it turns out to be a bigger job once started, then put that down to a lack of judgement, learn from it, & wear it this time. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.)

You finally get told, "We'll take your money for the original quote, but don't come back! "

In my case I had a part on a lawn mower welded. To pick it up I had to borrow my son's car, & I made a trip to the bank & juggled money so I had the EXACT CASH. I planned the trip to the mower shop by knocking off work early to avoid peak hour traffic - only to find I may not have been able to take my mower home after all that, because of the extra charge.
And then, "It's your fault.you weren't listening (to something we never told you). Don't argue.don't come back! "

I searched locally and online for a few weeks trying to find a decent spreader with no luck, found Marinko's and purchased one, very quick freight and cheap (no profiting on their freight like a lot of other companies), cost from them to WA around $130 which is great, assembled the spreader and first spread done yesterday great quality welds are all good, no missing parts very happy thank you

I bought a log splitter from this buisness 2 years ago. I have split 50 plus tones of wood.the splitter is a dimond 28 ton machine it is for the money outstanding. I mean a beast of a machine nothing to big starts easy and I hate splitting wood but this is so much fun to use. I do it for therapy. Very professional. Very good prices.just a great family buisness. I have bought water pumps.lawn mower heater.chain saw.great products at great prices.after 2 years I have just had to comment on how good this bloody wood splitter is highly recommended for all your outdoor needs.
