This was my first time trying any type of therapy and it has had a huge positive impact in my life. Marie made me feel so comfortable as a newcomer and each week I felt like I was learning so much about myself. It was really helpful to be made accountable for the effort and outcomes of my goals each week. The meditation part was very relaxing and I looked forward to it in the session. 2 months later I am still practicing a lot of the tools Marie introduced me to, to take better care of myself.
