The ladies here are the best. I have had my lashes done at a couple of other so called 5 star salons but the service just can’t be compared. My sisters and I book Mai and Saki regularly. They are always professional, lovely to chat to and do amazing work. Never itchy, the blooming set lasts for the full 4 weeks before needing an infill and is worth every penny. As long as this place is around, I’m never going to any other salon for lash extensions.

Best place in Melbourne for eyelash extensions. Been going here for years. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Professional and kind.

I have been going to this place for years, since it was Tokyo Lashes! Mai is lovely, always so gentle, and she even managed to do my lashes beautifully when I had to lie sideways while heavily pregnant. The online booking system makes it easy to track and schedule appointments. This is the first place I missed while in lockdown in March, and can't wait for my next appointment after this second lockdown!

I’ve been a customer since TokyoLashes became Marico Salon, nothing but quality service and beautiful lashes. Nozomi is so patient when helping me pick out my preferences and always feel so relaxed getting them done!

I've been getting my eyelash extensions here for over 3 years now and all the technicians are amazing and are super gentle (no pinching at your eyelids). The salon is always very clean and the technicians always make sure they are selecting the right extensions to limit damage to your natural lashes. I've seen many of the technicians there but Nozomi and Mai are standouts.

Asao is lovely and amazingly talented when it comes to applying my volume extensions. I emerge from the room happy every time. The set-up of Tokyo Lashes is also very clean and comfortable. I love that she has a blanket you can cover yourself with while she does your lashes!

EDIT: Tokyo Lashes is now Marico Salon after Asao left, but the lash technicians are still great! I still come here for bottom lash extensions as they are one of the few salons I know of who provide this service. I recommend Mai in particular. She is so gentle that I fall asleep every time. All the staff here are so lovely:)

I have been going here for almost two years now and I haven't turned back to any other place! Each and every one of the lash stylists are so wonderful and talented at what they do. I know this from my experience of years wandering from salon to salon just trying to find the right place. The value is great for the service and care you get in return, highly recommend!

I have done a keratin lash lift ($105). I thought I paid that much money for the quality but what I have got was very disappointed. Left lashes was just straight and my right one was curly and they are obvious. But the staff who doesn’t speak Japanese and even doesn’t speak well English have no idea what I mean. The previous shop Tokyo lush was way better and the quality has changed sadly.

You're guaranteed to get the highest level of care and skill that has been personalized to your individual needs. Maybe not the cheapest place, but definitely the best in terms of quality and their willingness to accommodate you.

I have been seeing the stylists at Marico for over a year now and after having tired a number of salons would not go anywhere else. The quality of the lashes and skill and professionalism of the staff is unparallel. Highly recommend.

I loveee doing my lashes here. The detail to attention isnt replicated anywhere else. Also the lashes grow out very well, does not turn weirdly. Able to last for about a month. Personally i believe it is a Japanese technique because i go to a Japanese salon in SG too and the lash technique is beautiful. Wldnt go anywhere else!

I just got back from Marico Salon and had my eyelashes curled from them for the first time and I was very happy. Best service. Have been to several beauty places for my eyelashes and this is the best. Highly recommend. Will be definitely going back.
