I accidentally walked into this business and discovered something truly special. The product is first class and Kym, the owner, seems to know everyone who walks in.

It has always been a goal of mine to make pastrami like a New York deli. Kym made it happen and it was incredible.

Ordered the Perfect Protein Pack which came with ribs, steak, snags and more. The meat arrived the next morning and even received a phone call from Kymbo to make sure we were happy with the order. The meat was flawless, tasty and juicy which made me want to order more. All the meat came labelled and packaged ready for the fridge or freezer if needed.
