I've used Marble a few separate times, and each time they were able to place me in good workplaces. They helped cater to my preferences and I actually just got hired full time at one of my assignments. My agent was Michael Murchison and he was very helpful, approachable, and was quick at getting back to me if he happened to miss my call, which didn't happen often. Definitely recommended if you're in the construction/manufacturing industry.

Have been with them for years until an incident between Marble and there client for lack of communication, made me lose a days pay. Marble as my employer did not and would not help me in anyway to help me retrieve or try to negotiate a way to pay me for my days work. They have no loyalty or respect for there on site employees even after years of working for them would not recommend them for anyone.

If i could give them a 0, i would! An absolute disgrace. Treat injured workers with a legitimate injury due to the poor site safety at one of their clients worksites like they are convicted felons. Unprofessional, uncaring, did not even follow up to see how she was. Fought the claim even though they knew she injured herself onsite, there was an incident report, hospitalisation and then to top it off, dragged it out for months without paying weekly entitlements. Even their insurer CGU at the time could not believe the way they acted! Beware of them, i wouldn't let my worst enemy work for them. Happy when they get to charge their clients a huge % of your hourly rate when your working, kick you to the ground when you can't earn them money. They have now been reported to Worksafe and the ombudsman! Clients and workers BEWARE!
