I haven't visited the warehouse in person but when I called about visiting they were very helpful - they are in and out all the time so make sure you call ahead if you want to visit so they can ensure someone is there. I left a message and they didn't get back to me till later so phone at least a day ahead. I ordered online in the end and gosh they are super products, absolute dream to sew with!
