Have to agree with many of the other reviewers - purchased an item online, found out it is extremely bad in shape, I was told I had to email customer service. When I did, they took a long time to reply to my email and then told me I can’t get it returned for no reason, they insisted that it is normal.the customer service team took a long time to reply, and I found them to be very unhelpful

I never get my money back, I will fight for it until they did.

I ordered on line and never received my order, I try to call no one answers I email and don’t get a response.

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers can I just say amazing work amazing support kept there promise and delivery was fast thank u so much

When I attempted to do so, was told I had to email customer service. When I did, they took a long time to reply to my email and then pointed to an obscure online policy advising I could not in fact return or exchange (which was not advertised in store). Either way, the customer service team took a long time to reply, and I found them to be very unhelpful/unfriendly. To make matters worse, ended up seeing the same item online for $400 less a couple of weeks later. Very disappointing, at that price point, I'd expect a much better customer service experience.

BEWARE of this fraudulent company. I made a purchase with them for an expensive luxury bag and after not being able to reach customer support, i asked for an order cancellation and refund. I was sent a refund confirmation email but all of a sudden, i noticed a second charge on my account. This is a fraudulent company that will steal your information and funds. I am currently in the process of opening up a fraud investigation on them to get my money back. What a horrible experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFO.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MARAIS recently. I purchased a pair of shoes online and eagerly awaited their arrival. However, to my frustration, my order never got dispatched. I reached out to their customer support team multiple times via email, seeking an explanation for the delay, but received no response.

To add insult to injury, after a week of waiting, they simply canceled my order, accusing me of being a fraud. This accusation was baseless and deeply offensive, as I had made a legitimate purchase and had been trying to get in touch with them for answers.

Such a lack of customer care, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order with them. Their treatment of customers is disrespectful, and their unfounded allegations only serve to further tarnish their reputation.

My trust in their brand has been shattered, and I would caution anyone else from going through a similar ordeal. There are plenty of reputable and customer-oriented businesses to choose from instead.

Terrible company I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchase. Sent me a used $400 off white shirt that smelled like smoke and someone tried to cover it up with cologne now are currently ignoring my messages. This has been the fifth business day. I will have to contact my credit card company for a charge back this is a terrible company. Just look at the other reviews. It’s a reason why this company only has three stars.

I've heard alot of negative stories about the service at the mens store but not whenever I go. The staff are always super friendly, helpful and always willing to have a random general chat. The service I receive is always 10/10.

Shopped my favourite Masion Margiela in store last week. Love the staff, friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.

I bought a Valentine’s day gift for my boyfriend from Marais online, a Alexander McQueen Larry sneaker 2 days before the Valentine’s Day. I contacted customer care to check the possibility of receiving the gift on time and catch the Valentine’s celebration.

Although only have 2 days time, the customer care was extremely helpful and saved my butt! They help me feel confident about pursuing the case and very patient to handle my tones of worries and questions! I received the shoes within ONE day and FIVE stars to MARAIS!

Had a great shopping time with Marais website. Best product, good quality packaging and parcel receive within 1 day! Definitely will go back to shop!

Would never shop here again in a million years! The owner (Hiromi) is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever personally met. A word of warning, if you’re over 60kg and 165cm tall she probably thinks you’re grossly overweight! In fact, she might even say it to your face! Have heard numerous stories from employees about terrible management and poor working conditions. Hiromi sits upstairs in her office and doesn’t acknowledge her staff with even a simply hello in the morning. She doesn’t allow them to wear perfume of any kind and grooms the girls to looks like half dead mannequins who aren’t allowed to speak. Have also heard reports about her being able to hear conversations on the ground floor level from her throne, do the cameras in the store have microphones too? Sure seems like it! Spend your money elsewhere ladies! Xx

I AM A CUSTOMER OF GIVENCHY AND DUE TO COVID AND STORES BEING CLOSED, I PURCHASED AN ANTIGONA BAG VIA ANOTHER WEBSITE FOR MY BROTHER’S GIRLFRIEND AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND FOR HIM TO PROPOSE WITH. THE BAG ARRIVED WITHOUT ANY GIVENCHY PACKAGING AND I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO THE CHADSTONE STORE ASKING FOR A CARRY BAG EXPLAINING THE SITUATION. I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS STORE AS WELL AS OTHER GIVENCHY STORES THAT I CALLED IN AUSTRALIA WOULD NOT ASSIST WITH MY REQUEST. I HAD TO RESORT TO CALLING THE PARIS HEAD OFFICE AND THEY WERE VERY KIND AND SAID OF COURSE WE’ll ARRANGE A CARRY BAG FOR YOU. EVEN AFTER THE PARIS HEAD OFFICE TOLD THIS STORE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A CARRY BAG, THEY STILL REFUSED. THE SERVICE OF THIS STORE AND MARAIS AS A COMPANY IS VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE. OTHER LUXURY BRANDS WOULD NEVER DO THIS. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A CARRY BAG TO MAKE A GIRL’S FIRST LUXURY EXPERIENCE, BIRTHDAY AND PROPOSAL AS EXCITING AS POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OVER THIS. YOU DO NOT REPRESENT LUXURY WELL AT ALL.

10/10 customer service today 16/05/20 from both the Men’s and women’s shop. In both shops all staff were extremely attentive, lovely and so helpful. Despite the fact that it was a sale day and there was numerous people within the one vicinity, each staff member was able to offer assistance to all customers. The dedication was unlike no other.
Well done for training your staff correctly, it shows!

I strongly recommend all the ladies visiting this boutique. This is the best fashion boutique I have ever come across. They have got a variety of dress which can make you look flawless. You will get every type of dress here. I was able to shop here almost everything. The best feeling is when you get all your fashion things in one shop. I am loving this boutique and have decided to shop from here only.
