Bought the hoodie online when it was on sale then a week later got an email said it was sold out. Ok, then I exchanged to something else, after they exchanged the product, I never receive my product then contacted them several times through email but no response. Excuse me, now I just want my money back, why you can’t do it for me? It’s nearly a month since i placed an order, and you stated that the shipping is express! First time facing this bad experience when shopping online with luxury brands like this. Totally not coming back for any purchase in the future

Beautiful curated products, miserable customer service, I was not provided any assistance or information by one of the Chinese sales consultant even though I was LITERALLY dressed up in BALENCIAGA, PRADA, GUCCI, ACNE STUDIOS and KENZO, instead he made me feel uncomfortable as I was going to steal something just following me around and not saying a thing, I read other stories about being judged for not being dressed up in designed clothes so just wondering then what my case was about, maybe retarded sales consultants? Lol

More so a store for those who want off season Alexander McQueen, mason margiela or Givenchy.

Good deal and best customer services ever, The Team at Off-White Melbourne store was very helpful with all my requests. Definitely will be coming back to shop again.

This MARAIS store cancelled my order for Rick Owens sneakers without notice and then sold the cancelled sneakers again at FARFETCH at an exorbitant price far above the retail price.
I believe this is a violation of the retail contract and I intend to file a complaint with OWENSCORP with evidence.

Turns out the sweater I purchased from the Marais online store was already sold out. It took them 7 days of me following up for them to realise their mistake. But by then it was too late and that sweater was fully sold out online, everywhere.

They barely pick up their phones and when they did, they promised me it would be shipped and arrive by Friday, which was never going to happen since it was already sold.

I have purchased from Marais multiple times but this is making me rethink coming back. For a store that sells luxury goods, thier customer service is anything but.

Good deals but horrible customer experience. Marais, please do better.

Words cant describe how shopping at Marais is anything but a boutique experience. From poor customer service to faulty return policies it is a store I will avoid well into the future. Having being in to purchase a McQueen shirt as a gift, I was advised if the size is wrong a larger size is in stock. A day later I rang to exchange the size only to be told they never did has a larger size. I then inquired about a refund and was told this wasn't available (even thought I paid full price and the website advises refunds are available) I was told this was on a sale to sale basis and not standard. The months later to purchase an item and told it is half price only to be charged full price and realised this once I walked out. I called and was advised to bring the product back in store which I did immediately. Once in I was told that they are unable to refund this back onto my card and now over a week and the payment has been refunded. I advise Marais to look deeply at it staff training and policies. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Purchased an off white shirt. Washed twice as per instructions on the label. Screen print was coming off everywhere. I returned to the store only to have them argue that I should have had it dry cleaned even though on the label it says SPECIFICALLY DO NOT DRY CLEAN. They then lost the warranty claim. I then resent photos, took them 2 months to lodge a warranty with off White.another month later, they advised me it IS under warranty. I packaged up the shirt and they organized a pick up. Item was signed as received, they then continued to tell me they did not receive it. A further 4 weeks later, they still are claiming they can not find it and the courier can not help me. No refund, No credit. Whole ordeal has been going on 4 months. Worst experience ever for a designer store that I have spent thousands with.

Finally a decent designer shop carry multi brand in Melbourne international city. Staffs are fine, when comments here said uptight, actually it works both ways, maybe you are just bit uptight?

That's all the words I can say to the staffs work here.
They wouldn't even care or talk to customers if you are non cHiNeSe speaking and wearing low-profile cheap clothes.
I was about to ask for prices and purchase some of the stuffs there and the staff was eye-rolling and showed an expression of disdain straight forward.

I've heard alot of negative stories about the service at the mens store but not whenever I go. The staff are always super friendly, helpful and always willing to have a random general chat. The service I receive is always 10/10.

The staff literally looks you up and down and follows every move you make into the store! I have visited the store a few times and all of my visits were like this! Makes you not want to be there…

Nice garments but staff need to relax with following around customers the whole time. Was never gonna buy when you in my personal space the whole time making me uncomfortable.

Website is easy to navigate and the sales were great! The complete process took minutes as I bought an off white hoodie from them. Highly recommend using this store for all your designers. The shipping was lightning fast! Over night express & free! Wow. Will be returning again. Thanks team

Such an absolute pleasure shopping from Marais Mens, they managed to find 2 out of stock items for me all over the phone during the course of a day. Very friendly, kind and answered all my annoying questions. Would not have been possible without Grace. Such a gem. Very satisfied and happy customer, will definitely shop again!
