Assistance from Ajitesh today with my first meeting. He was very helpful and on point with instructions and educational explanation.

I had high hopes when starting my investment journey with Maple Group, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. Initially promising and helpful, the information sessions were insightful. However, my disappointment escalated during the process.

We embarked on building a portfolio with Maple Group. The information sessions were informative, and the senior investment analyst assigned to me initially demonstrated responsiveness and prioritized my interests.

However, after settling on a land and build option, the communication abruptly declined. I was informed of a 4-6 month delay in land titling, which extended further without transparent communication from our senior strategist. Following the 6 month delay and upon not receiving any communication I made multiple attempts to seek information. Attempts to seek updates were met with unresponsiveness, and crucial information about the delay was conveyed to me by my financer, not the assigned strategist.

Upon confronting the strategist about the lack of transparency, I encountered aggression and an unreasonable claim of incapacity for "real-time information. " When I decided to withdraw from the deal, assurances of a one-week completion for the withdrawal process proved false. Despite persistent attempts to contact the strategist over four weeks, there was no progress.

Taking matters into my own hands, I directly contacted the developers and builders. Remarkably, the contract termination process was swift, and I received my deposit promptly (Maple group's admin team and finance assisted with this process). If not for my intervention, my deposit recovery would have been further delayed. Whilst I understand this is a mutually profitable set-up, the senior strategists excessive focus and drive to benefit himself and the company over my interest was shocking. This experience highlights a lack of initiative and commitment from my assigned senior strategist, leaving me with no choice but to handle the withdrawal independently.

I want to express my profound disappointment with the Maple Group (Senior Strategist). The shift in behavior, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism observed during the withdrawal process are disconcerting. I had anticipated more from a reputable investment group. I have lost 18 months of time and a portion of my deposit as non-refundable.

Future investors, beware—treatment is linked to your investment decision. My disappointment is profound, as I expected more from this group.

Love Aryans can do attitude and he was very informative to all the question we asked and was able to explain them in the easiest way for us to understand. Definitely recommend maple ground to new starters in the investment property market

Started off great with lots of contact regarding my loan application. Since august I have received 2 emails (the last was to say from their system it seems I was in touch earlier this year and they’re wondering what my hopes and plans were for 2023 as if I hadn’t already gone through the process of submitting a loan application with them) which were no help and gave me no further information on my application even after countless times of trying to reach out. Pretty disappointing and disheartening. I’d steer clear if you were hoping to buy a house in the next 5 years as it seems you just get lost in their system and forgotten about…

My wife Kelly, and I are looking to grow our investment property portfolio and have been in the beginning phases with Maple Property Group. Bodhi has been our consultant and he has provided us with a wealth of knowledge and understanding. We started pretty directionless on how to get into the property market and how to tailor a plan that would best serve our goals of eventually retiring on a passive income. All conversations followed that of our goals and no pressure to commit was ever made. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob and Morgan from Maple Property Group. I had around 5 education sessions with Jacob which were SUPER informative on all things property investing. It was great having these education sessions before making any decisions on investing. I then was put in touch with Morgan who assisted in my property search. Morgan was beyond AMAZING! He was so patient, helpful took my numerous lengthy phone calls and was all around just such a helpful and knowledgeable individual in the property space. I really couldn't recommend working with him more highly. I look forward to settling my house & land with the finance team in 2022. Thank you guys.
