Just brought a Suzuki Jimny from the Mantello team and the experience was amazing. Cham was my sales consultant and he was so helpful and worked with us so much to make the best deal possible. By made the process so easy and always got back to us with more information. Jim the finance consultant was excellent as well, explained everything in detail and got the best rate possible.
10/10 service and would recommend buying your next car from these guys.

Came back for 1 year servicing to honour the cap prices.they called at 10: 30 am saying it will be ready by 11: 00. I arrive at 12: 30, to find out car’s still not ready.

Then the car supposedly “cleaned & vacuumed” has more marks on outside than it had when I dropped it in for servicing.

Never coming back to this dealership for servicing again.

I would personally like the thank Al (Alper) for his professionalism. He was very polite and informative of the Suzuki that he sold to us. It was a smooth transition from start to finish of the sale. Keep up the good work and I would recommend anyone to go see this gentlemen.

Really disappointed. I’ve had my car serviced here since moving from QLD and after todays service am really disappointed. I changed my own cabin air filter before the service, after advice from them that it needed changing ($89 at the service or $20 to do myself buying the part).

Dropped my car in today for its service and a few hours later got a call from Joey and the first issue was that my cabin air filter needed changing. Funny, I only changed it yesterday. Obviously it was never checked which leads me to question what else wasn’t checked or completed as per the paperwork.

Of course, other “issues” were identified and relayed in mechanic terms to confuse the stereotypically clueless female about her car. Disappointing that I won’t be coming back for my next service with Mantello. At least there is a Supercheap and Repco the same distance from my house as you guys are.

Took my car in for a service and was greeted and taken care of by Andrey. Far exceeded my expectations, ensured the car was in pristine condition when returned. All my concerns were addressed by Andrey and resolved in no time. I would definitely trust Andrey with my car again if needed as he is well presented and works with integrity as I had witnessed today.

Shout out to Jesse, who was probably the most genuine and honest car salesman I’ve ever come across. He was genuinely interested in seeing me walk out with the right car and would even turn me away from the more expensive options. Very patient and explained everything very well!

I bought the Vitara, drive good economy but, I keep loosing the Radio, now I have lost the bluetooth, it look like the Japanese are bad with the software

From a bad experience with a different dealership we contacted these guys to see if we go though them. We dealt with Jesse who I could not recommend enough, he kept us in the loop with every update on the car and more. These guys provided excellent service to my daughter who had waited 6 months at the previous dealership with little to no communication and poor behaviour. Everything Mantellp was handled professionally and mad buying her first car enjoyable. If you are wanting to buy a new car I recommend going through these guys everyone was so nice and understanding. Definitely also recommend Jesse for your salesman.

By way of constructive feedback, I was surprised to receive a call that my car had arrived and was ready for pick-up When I was expecting delivery in September/October. A bit more notice would have helped.
