If you're thinking of buying a car, Manbir Singh (Manu) at Nissan mantello roxburgh park is the Go To Man! His down to earth attitude and friendly nature is next to none! In short he's a gun also i would like say something about Rick manager he's a very nice guy and he's been in the industry for long time and he has good knowledge about Cars then comes the icing on the cake with the best price he'll offer you on any new Nissan Australia Wide. I highly recommend him!

Need to hire some real Mechanics. Mother inlaw took her car in because it was starting little rough. She was charged $560 for a bunch of tests just for them to find the plugs were fouled & has low compression in cylinder #2. They shouldve known without having to do a compression check because of the detailed list and Notes contained within the maintenance log book clearly explaining the already previously diagnosed issue as a result of a bad head gasket allowing water to enter cylinders 1 & 2 both and slight loss of compression in #2.
However, for some reason this maintenance shop first, did a fuel pressure diagnostic check, a fuel pressure bleed down diagnostic check, then a compression check and at some point during the compression check noticed the found plugs.
A true mechanic wouldve checked the spark plugs before doing anything else.a lot can be determined from condition of the spark plugs when diagnosing a rough starting vehicle. Or they wouldve referred to the maintenance log, seen the notes and then checked the plugs to start with.
Now, the Notes have been removed from the log book before returning the vehicle and they informed my mother inlaw that the vehicle was not worth repairing.
Since then for the same amount that the service department charged my mother inlaw to do a run around scam of an inspection, I have already replaced the bad head gasket causing the issues, replaced the water pump, serpentine belt, thermostat, all the head bolts, valve cover gasket, flushed and refilled the the cooling system and radiator, and the car runs like a dream again.
I cant always do my own or families vehicle repairs or servicing so I have a mechanic that we use regularly. For reference i asked what they charge for all of the same tasks that my mother inlaw had been chared for and they would have only charged $186 for the same check up & $35 fir the 4 spark plugs changed (no additional labor fee since they already would have removed them during the compression check and reinstalled) and to clarify, that wouldve been including all the unnecessary diagnostic done.
Price racking is a dirty way of making a profit. Now more than ever so and especially to a pensioner. Maybe take a good look into your service departments business practices or perhaps find more experienced mechanics.
Sorry, I forget theyre called technicians nowadays

* When I gave my near new Vehicle to get serviced, bad customer service,
* They where talking among themselves
* Continuing saying are you okay?
* Felt very uncomfortable!
* Didn't now who to talk too, due to both guys where interapting me
* Waited for a loan Vehicle, when I booked 3 weeks in advanced
* They where lost, didn't realise I wanted a loan Vehicle while it was booked 3 weeks
* Was told I had no choice to use there Boss' Vehicle* I am a essential worker & my 2nd job I was 1 hour late, I am a 24/7 on call on sms worker, wanted the time to pick up & the exact time to pick up my vehicle once it's ready
* While starting it I guess loose noises in Front end
* Drive it Today long distance the crash icon was flashing on & off on dash, then it went away
* While picking up my vehicle, lucky 1 person was over the counter to pay, then he had a good personality & good customer service & Said to may will send you a survey & money & do a good review
* So I realised they care more for there good reviews then customers vehicle's
* I even enquired to trade my vehicle in for a new 1, but the sales person didn't even now english & communication was very bad,
So I took off, I had a urgent Phone call to start night shift, anyway, so I rushed home to bed, so I can get ready for my 2nd job

***** May go to another dealer next service & will contact them to say why the crash icon on dash was flashing then stopped

From the time I entered the dealership it was like it was 'just meant to be'. Fatima was great from beginning to end. Communication was great and they all went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and I am definitely beyond happy with my beautiful blue baby!

Good customer service. Sales guys are helpful even sales manger helps.over roll recommend. Specifically finance people done excellent service (Dee & Matt) I have to mention Nathan in service department is friendly professional person and provide great service. Service technician Matt (not remember name correctly) is also great person who provided details about car and friendly person
I did the Nissan service today as always it was really positive experience, I should mention service Manager Brendon is the best person I deal with he is very friendly and best customer service personal who gives lot of information about a car.
Adam also very friendly and helpful customer service guy.

The service with Mantello Nissan was just that, Excellent!

Moses Boulos was my Salesman was very knowledgeable about the care of interest for me. He was absolutely outstanding and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. The entire process made so much convenient and simpler even I was located in Hobart Tasmania. I highly recommend his service and transparency. By far the best experience I’ve had dealing with car dealerships!

I picked up my Nissan XTRAIL today wonderful experience with the mantello team from begining to end Moses provided exceptional service. Teresa provided fantastic service in preparing our vehicle in line with our needs and Emily took great care of us and Fatima delivered the vehicle and explained the vehicle from start to end I will highly recommend to my family and friends to purchase a vehicle from the Nissan team Thank you guys.

I picked up my Nissan XTRAIL today from NISSAN MONTELLO ROXBURGH PARK. Thank you very much for making the purchase very pleasant and easy. I had a wonderful time! I can't say enough about my positive experience. THANK YOU FOR FATIMA EL KORCH she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She responded right away with answers to my questions. Finance manager TERESA was very professional and respectful. They made sure the deal was where I needed it to be. Never felt pressured and highly recommend getting a car here.
Five stars is not a high enough rating for all staff in Nissan Montello Roxburgh park.
