Finally got our new Kia Sportage GT-Line after placing the order with Jesse. Although it was a long wait but had a brilliant experience. Jesse was exceptional in communicating and offering alternative options. Whenever, we need him he was always on and kept us up to date as the order progressed. When the car arrived and we came to pick it up, we were given the grand tour. His extended support to arrange all accessories in short period of time is highly appreciated.

Disgraceful service. Went in to purchase a brand new Kia Carnival and left a deposit to secure the purchase. Shortly after, our family member was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer and so we had to take her into our home for caring. As a result, we are no longer in a financial position to purchase the car. Endless phone calls, emails and text message to get our deposit back and we still have no formal response three months later. Shocking way to treat a struggling family under financial hardship.

I had a great experience with the team at Kia specially thanks to Jesse for all the support picking a car and helping with all the questions I have when I finally got my new car. Thank you to teresa for helping me out with my dash cameras as well.

That's for the Service centre: First time at Roxburgh Park service centre as couldnt drive to my normal service centre at kia Fawkner. Here at Roxburgh Mantello ive been advised No wifi, No tea/coffee facility (machine broke down a week- I was told). I don't care of the vehicle gets serviced properly.that's their key job but the extra comfort and facility isn't their. I'll go back to Kia Fawkner next time. You get the idea the kind of experience I have just walked into.
Edit: I requested to be dropped off to my home as can't wait there without wifi and go the lift to home. So that's good. Will update the stars from 2 to more once I get the car back.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team down at Mantello Kia Roxburgh Park (Jesse, Angela & Theresa) for helping me with the purchase of my brand new Stinger. From day 1 walking in the showroom door, Jesse, Angela and Theresa were fantastic in assisting me with my needs in selecting a car, the options, finance & delivery times. They all made sure that what I wanted was delivered as requested and boy did they deliver… the car is amazing! From receiving a call on Monday and the having the car handed over 5 days later was incredible.
