Mantello Kia Fawkner

Called the service department today, and honestly has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After explaining my issue the person I was on the phone with he did his absolute best to deflect the issue I am having even though I’ve had my car for 1 year which I purchased brand new. Even though my issue is covered by my warranty that I apparently get for 7 years. I was told by this dealership I have to go to other dealerships because my warranty isn’t valid there because I didn’t purchase the car from them.without any attempt to help demanded I go to another dealership as my warranty isn’t valid at this specific dealership. Very disappointed because my experience with Kia before this interaction had been so good, the person who was speaking to me made me feel like I have no options and I have to go else where in order to get a solution, very poor effort for Kia in Fawkner. I really hope Kia takes this on board and retain the staff to learn how to speak to customers.

Dene at Kia in Fawkner went above and beyond in ensuring our car buying experience was stress free. He impressed us with his approach, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful without being the least bit pushy. His respectful and patient demeanor made the car buying process a pleasure. First ever car purchase for me so I was flying blind and probably looked it. I visited a bunch of new and used car dealers till settling on a purchase at Fawkner. Johnny was great helping me understand the new car market and Simon was fantastic with the used cars angle. Everywhere else I went made me feel like I was about to get a number done on me for my lack of knowledge but this dealership are true to their word and looked after me through the whole process.

Had my Kia's first service today, in and out with in 45 minutes very happy with booking it in and speed of the service

The first time i took my van for service, they broke the little plastic it goes at the end of this stic to hold the bonnet.
The second time the broke the pollen filter cover and to put it back they use tape instead off replacing I told them about the problems I still waiting for a phone call this is rubbish service.
For my personal experience I recommend everyone to take the car for service to other service centre.

Great customer service from Troy. We had been mucked around by another Kia dealer and not shown a car we wanted to purchase or given the opportunity to test drive. We spoke to Troy on the phone, he made sure the car was available to look at before we arrived and took the time to show us through it. We then booked in a test drive and walked away very happy. Very helpful and accomodating.

Really great service. Friendly team. I was served by Steve. He was very helpful and solved the issue with my key on the spot.
Also the (blonde) girl at reception smiled and welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and was helpful also.
