Don’t order the focaccia, it’s actually a ciabatta that’s burnt outside and raw inside, doesn’t have detectable garlic or rosemary flavour. We were advised foods are made off site and delivered so changes cannot be made to accommodate your needs. Enjoy the over priced cafe

Very Poor customer service from Melissa! She is so rude, 0 stars! Woman has no manners. Perhaps her mother did not teach her that charity begins at home. So bad that i lost my apetite for the very average food served here. The chips and burger bun dry like crackers! BBQ chicken is just covered in bbq and almost no chicken and with terrible service from the entrance point with Melissa, makes it all worse.
Avoid this and dine anywhere alse around if staying at the resort.

I love my experience here, it was for a local mums group and we sat outside on a long table with our families. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Their was a great playground accompanied with a bounce pillow. My son enjoyed it very much. The pizzas were great, they were a great size and they didn't shy from ingredients.perfect amount. Also the sweet potato chips were a great hit with the kids. We will be back and even though we are local a night away here is something we will definitely be doing by summer.

Worst customer service from Melissa Siddons! If i could give a 0 rating i would. The way she just yelled at me and our children! So rude, utterly racist and overly abnoxious! Unacceptable behaviour! No common courtesy or manners. When staying at the RACV resort, maybe just try the other restaurants around or when Melissa is not working! Shameful. Manners are free especially in the industry you work in. So dissatisfied and angry to have allowed you to treat my family like that. Oh.and the food is tasteless and dry.

Normally I order an entree sized meal but they don't offer this at mantellina. I then asked could I order a children's meal, the staff member said yes BUT she will have to charge an extra $10 as it's an adult having a children's meal. This total was the same as a main meal price. Very disappointing

Very disappointed. Overpriced menu and the food wasn’t even worth the price. Ordered Parma and for dessert ordered their special Tiramisu and it tasted so bad. I wish the food was as good as it looked on the plate but the Parma was way too bland, couldn’t taste anything and Tiramisu was too dry. I was way too hungry still couldn’t finish the food as it was way too disappointing. Not only that, even the Manager was really rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best pizza ever and awesome place for families with games room and playground with jumping pillow adjacent. Also focaccias and coffee/bikkies 10/10 for taste

Wouldn't take cash for payment so left, it is a Australian currency would never recommend on the principle that we had money which is ligit money that was with drawn from the bank but wouldn't except I would never try to eat there again

Very limited food options/menu but the pizza was surprisingly great compared to others we've had in the region (talking about you peninsula hot springs). It would get 5 stars from me if they had some more items on the menu - pasta would be great!?

Not an extensive menu but a much better place to eat to what we have experienced in the region. Very welcoming and a hidden gem. There were ready made sandwiches, salads, desserts, and pizzas.

Not a bad place to eat for casual dining. Food was pretty good for the most part, we came back again for the lasagne because it was done really well. The octopus was also well cooked but the fries were so-so.
