Manor Lakes Pharmacy Select

I recently had the misfortune of visiting manor lake pharmacy, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of appalling. The level of customer service I received from their staff was shockingly rude and disrespectful, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

Instead of offering any semblance of assistance or guidance, the employee responded to my queries with curt and dismissive remarks. It was clear that they had no interest in helping me or addressing my concerns. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also outright disrespectful by throwing a items at me after I pay for it. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with a basic level of respect and courtesy, which was sorely lacking at manor lake pharmacy.

To make matters worse, when I tried to express my dissatisfaction with their behavior, the staff member showed no remorse or willingness to rectify the situation. It was as if my concerns fell on deaf ears, leaving me feeling ignored and belittled as well as RACISM. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall quality of service provided by manor lake pharmacy.

I strongly advise against visiting Manor Lake Pharmacy due to the abysmal, racism customer service I encountered. The disrespectful and rude behavior displayed by their staff, coupled with their disorganized approach to business, left a sour taste in my mouth. As a consumer, I expect a minimum level of professionalism and courtesy, both of which were severely lacking at this pharmacy. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more customer-oriented establishment for your pharmaceutical needs.

Bloody sloths work here. Slow, completely unmotivated and depressing to look at and talk to. Never again.

I don't understand how they are still in business worst chemist I have ever been to.
Don't go there with a Escript because you will never get the repeat back.
They are Incompetent at a level i have not seen before this is the last time I will go through what they call service again.
Please open up another chemist in this area because this one is a absolute joke.

I agree with other reviewers that the staff here are rude and unhelpful. I waited for half an hour for my script because no one bothered to tell me it was ready, until I asked. Then I had to pay full price because they never told me it wasn't on the PBS either. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Limited stock on common medications, you have to call ahead to check otherwise you will be wasting your drive. Also offer alternative that is more expensive than the one prescribed.

Very rude pharmacy assistant as well, who rolled her eyes when I asked for the name of my prescribed medication.

45 mins to process a script that chemist warehouse did in 3 minutes.
Surrender the premises and allow the community to have a chemist warehouse. Terrible service here and everything is so overpriced!

Given up on this chemist. Last time I went there, I waited an hour for my script. Which was never filled because they came back and told me they didn't have it! I wasted an entire hour! Why didn't they check first? ! Everytime I went there, there was always a wait. Multiple times I would wait only to be told they didn't have a certain medication.

I now go to Wyndham Vale Pharmacy on Ballan Rd. A small chemist with half the staff but always friendly and always super quick. Or if I'm not close to home. I'll go to Chemist Warehouse. They're often busier than Manor Lakes Pharmacy Select but you still get your scripts a lot quicker.

Don't waste your time with this chemist. Go somewhere else.

Later on my daughter (nurse) looked at it she was appalled it’s very infected to the point they should have referred me to a doctor, there prices are outrageous I hope we get a chemist warehouse up this area no one will end up going to this chemist they are shocking and not helpful at all

Always a ridiculously long wait. And the staff are quick to just tell you to go else where. I would if there was another pharmacy around that was open late!

Made a mistake of walking into this place after many years. They charged me the full amount for medicine despite having a prescription and the medicine being on PBS. I didnt realise it till i got home later on. The staff here is quite rude as well. Lesson learned again, would rather drive a few more kms to another pharmacy than visit this place again

Pharmacist had a very demeaning attiutude and instead of being polite and aplogizing for the misunderstanding he tried to push blame on me for not informing them when infact i did. Clearly the male pharamicst here has a issue with accountability. No one deserves to be treated like they are stupid. I told him to apologize and he couldnt even do that.

Do not go here for your prescription medicine. 25 minutes wait on a Monday morning. It’s always always busy and understaffed.

When I was isolating they delivered my meds and tissues in about 30 mins the girl on the phone was very kind and caring

So I rang up the chemist asked if they sold something I was told they did so I got an uber to the shop where I was told they wouldn't sell them to me even though there was no law prohibiting the sale

Last preference. Twice the price of a standard generic medicine in comparison to other chemists.

Absolutely terrible service everytime but I'm just there to get my script and leave. However this time even though they had 1 person aside from me waiting it was a 30 minute wait so I leave come back to be told I can't get my tablets because I'm 2 days too early. I explained that I had lost some of my tablets and desperately needed them as they are antidepressants and I have physical side affects from missing even one day and that I really can't afford the terrible sickness withdrawals that come with it because I'm pregnant. NOT that they cared at all! And they then persisted that they needed to speak to my doctor first because of duty of care. Duty of care would be to supply me with medicine that I NEED and can't skip a day of. It's actually illegal to withhold medicine prescribed especially when it comes to mental health. 20 minutes later they still haven't called the doctor. I ended up so angry and crying for an hour after this whole situation. I did not need this stress or mental break down while I'm pregnant. Thank God chemist warehouse is perfect customer service. Do not recommend going here at all! They claim they are so busy, no chemist warehouse are busy they get slammed with customers and still manage to be quicker then pharmacy select.

Ridiculously rude staff was telling everyone the same 40 mins wait no matter what. Place sign on counter and outside the pharmacy "40 mins wait. Please be patient while our lazy and rude staff try to make you feel even worse".

Extremely rude women.waited for almost 15mins and than she decides to serve the person behind me. The worst customer service. Don't bother with these people get your things from other pharmacies.

They were so helpful me and my family have had to isolate and one of the staff members went above and beyond when she realised that my prescription was left behind she drove all the way back and got it for me.

Most unprofessional chemist iv been to in my life
extremely rude women who work there every single time she is disgustingly rude and purposely taking her time to infuriate the situation. Ill attach a picture of her aswell next time I go in. Purely rude under trained staff who have no respect for their customers who pay their bills. Disgusting sadly I csnt go to any other chemist as there isn't anyrhing else close by. Every week I go in my mental health is affected just by this rude woman's horrible attitude and making me feel less then for taking the medication
