I am so disappointed today on 1st jan I ordered food from uber eats because my family wanted to celebrate new year dinner. Our mood was so off. They did not delivered us fresh rotis and dal had sour foul taste.

If your staff is not present on new year for fresh food you should close your restaurant and not delivered foul food to customers. I paid money for foul food.

I had the horrible experience recently with Kesari Manor lakes. My husband ordered Schezwan rice from Kesari and picked up from there. I was having my almost 2nd last bite and about to swallow it and when I felt something hard in it. I was about to put that bite inside my stomach as i thought it might a a some whole spice but I dont know, somehow i thought to see it and when i saw, it was a STAPLE PIN. I got stunned as I was about to eat that bit. If it ate it, it can cause any damage to my body even I can die because of it. They are very careless and risking the life of people. Really Awful experience. Be careful while eating outside.

Our second time to dines. Affordable and delicious foods! Everything we got was yummy! Service were great.would come back again for more!

We went into the restaurant for a lunch but they refused as we can’t take kids trolley inside

And restaurant was empty not even a single customer or a table was occupied

Everyone I spoke with at Kesari Restaurant are good dealing with customers. But Satvika and the team are the best and provide excellent customer services.

One of the lower quality indian restaurants in wyndham vale, i try to buy good food but never got it.even they don't know the difference between nann and normal Roti.every time they give Roti on top of nann order.i think they need good staff members who can cook good food.very bad experience

Worst food and customer service.
First Time I tried to give it a go to this place but it was completely disappointing.
I ordered fried rice, veg Manchurian gravy, goat lehsuni, garlic naan n faluda.
Fried rice came very peppery n asked waitress to replace it and its been replaced pleasantly.
When the waitress came over with the new one with the rest of the food, she straight away asked do you need takeaway containers without even been eaten the food. What is that?
No body is happy to ask to fill up the water bottles n napkins ets.
Then if we talk abut food frozen mix vegetables in the fried rice charging 17.95/ serve. Manchurine gravy was very thick n goat was just ok to eat.
Anyways thank you for the food but won’t be back again n even never recommend anyone

Came by last week and it seemed better than 6 months ago.
Kofta was good, butter chicken good, but price was high for takeaway
No lamb or beef curry.

The food was good, i must agree.however the staff seemed highly unprofessional and the waitress had airpods in the entire time.our table wasn't clean when we sat down and it took pretty long for her to hear my request to clean our table

DISCRIMINATION! We came in at the restaurant for dine-in at about 9.20pm. They say the restaurant is closed for dine-in and we can just do take-away. We were a tad disappointed because it is supposed to be open till 10 as per their timings. We dint argue, ordered for take-away and were sitting at one of the tables. Few minutes later, a couple arrives for dine-in sitting next to us and were told the same thing. They had exchange of words. Later we see they get their food on the table for dine-in while we are still waiting for our take away until we had to ask the staff for our order and this unfair treatment. So unfair!

You can find almost all Indian food on their menu, good ambience, food is decent.pls don't try south Indian food like dosa, idli they are bland and have no taste.

After having twice here, it’s the worst restaurant experience I can come across!
First time around we had STALE DOSAS in the restaurant, the sambar was watery and had no flavour. Dosas were hard and thick.
Next time we had Chinese for takeaway and it was BLAND. We ordered noodles, fried rice, crispy goat and Manchurian- nothing had salt in it. Super oily noodles.
I wish I demanded a refund but I didn’t want to waste my time going back to that place!

We ordered chicken curry and naan from Kesaris Manor Lakes for lunch. All we got was smelling fish curry with chicken pieces. One of the worst food services. When I called to complain they asked me to physically bring the curry to them. They really don’t care for what customers tell them.

Kesari is our go-to place for Indian cuisine in Wyndham Vale and Werribee. Ever since they have opened here, its our favourite destination for comfort food and whenever we want to go a bit OTT with our Indian food cravings. We have had the Chicken Malai Tikka there, especially, and can safely say that its amongst the best in the whole of Melbourne!
Recently we ordered catering for around 20 people and the manager Shruti and her team ensured that my guests never complained once about the food! The service was impeccable, the quality of the food brilliant and each and every one who came to the party asked me "Where have you ordered the food from? "

If you want Indian food in the post code 3030 - Kesari is your go -to place! Think no further.

Food was weird in taste. Tandoori roti wasnt made fresh. Too much food colour in gravy. Service was ok. Only giving one star more due to accessibility.

Had dinner here last week. Curries were good but naans were SO fake. They were not made in real Tandoor, when I confronted the server she said its an electric tandoor. BTW electric Tandoor is not like electric bbq. The bread doesn’t taste, look or cook them same. It is basically a big flat revolving pan with some electric elements to cook the dough. You need zero to no skill to make breads in the “Tandoor”. I have been a chef for more than a decade and I know what I am talking about. Its not chef’s fault, it the management. They do want to pay for real tandoori chef so they are cheating with the fake stuff! Shame!

I will never go there again. WORST FOOD, NO DAHI IN DAHI PURI, ORDER TIME 20 mins, order Received 1hour. DOSA WAS COLD BECAUSE IT WAS MADE 40 MINS BEFORE WE RECEIVED OUR ORDER. We were standing like fools thinking food will come in 20mins. Rich look Poor Quality. FOOD TRUCKS ARE ALOT BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

Quality/taste of food leaves lot to be desired! They need to take onboard why people order food as opposed to cooking at home. A disappointing experience.

This was my first time eating paneer not the spinach one but the normal one I forgot the name.
OMFG it tasted so good I ordered it with butter naan and it’s so soft and goes well together. They have lovely customer service as well!
