Jackson was great. He immediately knew exactly what the issue was & treated it straight away. Staff are always very helpful & polite.

Yes good clinic- thoroughly skin checked and easy removal of unwanted spot / reasonable rates.
I think being on time with appointments is important and respectful, they run a little overtime as with most doctors, but I feel if I have to be on time; so do you!

I’m quite impressed with Jackson Lam. He has been very thorough and easy to ask questions of and quite patient. I’m glad I came to see him. He’s been looking after me for stage 1 melanoma and I feel he has been a wonderful doctor through the experience.

Very friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The door was locked on my arrival and it initially confused me - I thought I had the wrong entrance or even the wrong appointment time, as I couldn’t even get through on the phone. A sign on the door and/or a voicemail message indicating the surgery is currently unstaffed due to lunch break and for patients to wait, would help avoid confusion. But my experience once I was in was excellent! I will return in 12 months time for my follow up.

Visited clinic this morning. Received treatment by Dr Sun. Extremely professional and caring words.
Further 12 months check is required to avoid eventual skin cancer. Prevention is the best treatment possible.

Dr. Sun is very gentle and thorough. She found areas that need monitoring that I never noticed. She did a biopsy right in the same appointment, and explained the type of sunscreen to use. Glad I found this place. PLUS it has lots of onsite parking
