Spoke to a very knowledgeable man named Neill, he didn't mind I was asking him all the questions under the sun about alot of different products for a gardening job I'm on. I ordered what I required and it was delivered promptly on time and with a smile. Highly recommended these guys!

Highest possible recommendation. I have been buying from Manna Gum since I first moved to the Hills about 15 or so years ago - firewood, mulch, and soil mostly. They are always considerate and helpful.

Latest experience - living off the Hill now, but I needed to organise an emergency load of wood for my ex-wife and our daughter because they have not had any heating or electricity since the latest storms rolled through the Hills. Manna Gum is slammed with demand and crazy-busy at the mo - lots of folk in the Hills in a similar situation with no power or heating, and it is icy cold up there. Got on the phone with Darren - he was aware, sympathetic, kind, and helpful. And the wood was delivered within an hour and a half.

If I could, I would give the bloke a hug.

Instead, we will have to settle for this shout-out for Darren's excellent service and help. Similarly for his staff who are working just as hard. My sincere and heartfelt thanks to them.

Ducted heating died. May is cold. Called Manna Gum. They understood. Yep, no problem! Truck delivered wood for open fire same day. Same day! Wow! Cannot recommend too highly. 150% service! Thankyou.

Manna Gum have sold us load upon load of magnificent top soil and black mulch in our new house over the last couple of years. They are exceptionally easy to deal with and are flexible even though they are always flat out. We had 24 cubic metres of soil in delivered in one weekend alone and we could not have been happier with the service and assistance. I would highly recommend this great local business!

Reasonable prices, but inefficient use of space also store manager let me stand and wait for him to finish a phone conversation with a friend before attending to me.

I rang but you guys didnt care or really want to know, but i know one thing you certainly short changed me on the fire wood

Long story short I bought a cubic meter of the mixed hardwood and it turned out to be wet and hard to burn. So we left a message on the manna gum web site. Darren got back to us straight away and came to our place the following day on a Sunday! He was happy to help us out, so he tested the wood and it did test high in moisture. So he helped us out by giving us some redgum and firelighter bricks to burn with the other wood. Darren was very understanding and helpfull, the way he helped us was fantastic! Also explained the reason why the wood may have been high in moisture. For him to help us the way he did was great to see and we are very happy with how the situation was delt with. Thanks Darren!

I've used these guys 3 times in the last couple of weeks for various garden supplies. I cannot fault the way this business is run. From the friendly advise at the counter to helpfulness of the drivers dealing with difficult access to unload deliveries. Exceptional service. I highly recommend these guys for all your garden supply needs.

Very Disappointed. Have been loyal to this business over the past 4-5 years ordering 3 cubic meters of redgum paying what I thought was reasonable, started investigating the loads delivered and noticed a mix of stringy bark wood with redgum, soil, and other rubbish in the loads. I accepted that fact of soil or sand being in the loads due to various materials being loaded into the tippers from the loaders, however when I ordered 2 cubic meters from another company I received more than the 3 meters I had consistently getting from here.

I feel as a consumer we should be treated with respect and honesty, short loads and filled with extra rubbish is unacceptable. I urge others to check their loads and what you are actually receiving.

Darren and the team have delivered vege patch soil to me many years ago and still love dealing with them.

Darren and the divers at Manna Gum always go the extra mile, delivering when it isn't always easy to get up a driveway and always with a smile. No one does better!
