Booking - Qatar to Chennai

Very longer call waiting and sometimes call got disconnected without notifying anything and caller I spoke with is rude and emotional in responding

We purchased two tickets (1 adult and 1 child) from Sydney to New Delhi for 3rd Jan and return on 20th Jan. The agent sold me the tickets for 5773 AUD. The agent told me only two tickets are left in this flight yoiu will need to pay to secure the tickets. Relying on the information provided to me by Harry (Customer Service Agent Mann Travels). I paid for the tickets. Complaint I was doubtful of the price I paid for two tickets so I decide to check it myself on the Qantas website today. The tickets with the same dates (leaving 3rd Jan and returning 20th Jan) for 1 adult and 1 child are 4683 AUD. I Paid 5773 for the fares for the same dates. I believe I have been overcharged by the agent. I would like to get a refund for the extra money paid. 1090 AUD (5773-4683) I have attached the screenshots of the price paid and price on Qantas website for the same dates. It was a recorded conversation agent can be heard saying only two tickets left at this price. I feel I have been misled and overcharged.

Now I have requested to cancel my tickets as I need to visit India on urgent basis. I requested maan travel to cancel my tickets which I was told 620 per person. Now they refusing to refund child ticket. Saying infant tickets are not refundable. My daughter is 7 years old we bought a child ticket.
Mann travel do not reply to my calls. Only way for me to contact them is via email. After numerous email this rep calls me and makes up a new story.

I paid for a child ticket not an infant how can you just blindly deny the refund? Please read the terms & conditions on the tickets you sent. Over charging/ not refunding.
Is this the way to treat a customer when I told you the reasons for my travel. My mother in law is in a hospital. I fail to understand if you're running a business it does not mean you rip off other people's hard earned money. It's like a trap once you get customers money it's OK nothing much a person can do. Let them get frustrated what can they do.   Complaint in ombudsman go to fair trading keep fighting. But why can't you guys do business with honesty and make customer experience better. It's sheer disappointment the way things have been handled. I over paid for the tickets fine. But now you making an issue with refund as well. Have some courtesy. Experiences like these makes you feel humanity has lost.   I will never forget how much i have been harassed by your reps during already stressful situation.

I heard good things about Mann Travels from a few who have had availed their services previously. I usually would buy tickets from websites assuming they might work out to be a more cost effective option. However, I was very impressed with their services when I decided to use them during this lockdown. Special thanks to Simran who managed to incorporate all of my requests and made sure that she had followed up with additional travel info regarding specific country travel requirements.
Overall I could not have asked for any more from their services.

Maan travel. Huh they just have a big name. But unfortunately they are being compulsive liars. I used to be a regular customer. But now I have made a massive mistake to book my flights from them. There staff aren’t helpful at all instead of making life easier they make it worse and complicated. My feedback don’t just stuck in their trap.
