Love this Lebanese place. Modern take on some traditional dishes. Been here a few times and it’s time for another visit. Very hospitable with excellent device and very tasty dishes.

Absolutely amazing dinner here. We were a walk in and the staff, especially Sasha, were so lovely and friendly.food was some of the best food i’ve ever had and drinks were delish too! They made me a G&T with a sugar rim and it was genius! Will definitely be back to try some more of their dishes! If i could give them more stars i could.

The food here is spectacular and servings are not too big. Great if youre not overly hungry. You can order more if you are hungry. Pretty satisfied with our dining experience here)

Highly rated - 6 stars if I could.

I have been in Brunswick for the past 4 days and have gone to different restaurants during that time.

This restaurant rates as the best so far. I could not get over the taste of the freshly made dishes. I normally would say no to pizza but highly recommend and enjoyed the lamb mince pizza called ‘Awirma’.

Great job. Hope to be back next time we are in town.

What a drag each time we try to give this place a go. Always end up regretting it and hating our lives. Funny thing is, we’ve tried giving them another go and another and another etc etc for over 10 years now.
Today was a takeaway order. The ultra try hard hipster wannabe girl who picked up the phone was extremely irritating. Deliberately being s…. L…. O…. W.on the phone because you know, she’s sahhhh coool ending the order taking with “gorgeous! ”. What exactly is “gorgeous” about a simple takeaway order? Knock the fakery nicecy nicey slow mo off and just be normal is it too hard to ask? Yes I know, you’re so Brunswick. *eyerolls*
Got there, order was wrong. An experience that should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking more than 20. When explaining to the bearded man who I assume was the owner, he looked and sounded like he was about to jump the counter and stab his customers in the face. Is professional business etiquette that hard?
No wonder the owner is always grumpy and on the defensive. If the service was more efficient, half decent, and communication friendlier, I’d bet they’d do much better and he won’t be so grumpy and angry all the time. The food is not bad, the experience actually makes you lose your appetite however.

Best dinner I've had in a long time. Everything about the combination of flavours curated to the presentation was top notch. Bear in mind before you go and complain about portion sizes that yes, they are small, but so worth it. Ordered a few things and did not have to wait at all and I've walked away incredibly full and happy. Will definitely be back for more. Would rate this place a 10 if I could! Thank you to the chefs and the stunning waitresses for creating such an incredibly safe and friendly environment!

Probably Melbourne's best food.
Most of the meals have only raw healthy oils in them combined with high quality produce.
Very like eating at home (with a chef in the kitchen!)

Disappointing. Was here pre-COVID and it was great. This time ordered what we thought were 2 mains and a salad and left hungry with an $82 bill. The lamb shank was $32 but came out just the shank on a plate, not a meal. My main - the $23 chicken kebab - was just two skewers. No rice or anything to make it a meal. The taboulleh also small and expensive. Had no idea we should have ordered some kind of rice or bread, and for the price believed the dishes were going to be proper mains with sides. We felt a bit stupid, the waiter didn't indicate that we hadn't ordered enough, and if we had it would have been well over $100 without drinks. We understand its all high quality food, but for the price you expect to be full.

Amazing Lebanese food, experience, music and food recipe’s are innovative, Lebanese with a French twist I believe. Certainly a Michelin star quality

The 4 dishes we tried were very tasty. A bit pricey (especially for the salad sizess) and got an unexpected shock when they added 10% gst (from the menu price) at check out. Be prepared!

Don’t listen to the bitter reviews about serves. Plenty of yummy, well cooked and elegant food in the banquet. Great service!

Ordered a range of foods. The meatballs were okay but not worth the price. Chicken kebab was nice but again overpriced. Tabouli salad was incredibly small portion. Very loud atmosphere. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Portion is TINY. Food is good but seriously. 15 bucks for a bread dipping sauce plate.plate the size that feed cat/puppy. Wouldnt go back, sorry

I particularly find this restaurant is very expensive. The serving does not justify the price tag. I ordered chicken kebab. It carries an authentic flavour and aroma however before I can savour them it came to an end. The pieces were too small and felt that inflation has hit this particular restaurant very badly that their chicken is malnourished. The kebabs I had eaten at COBURG are more juicy and tasty than this. I felt I should have brought my Lilydale Free Range chicken and ask the chef to cook it. In comparison to Alyssa restaurant in Sydney Rd, this is over priced. I suggest you should go to Alyssa than here.

People complaining about small portion sizes in the banquet must have gone somewhere else… the food was delicious and there was so much of it we had to take some home. Beautiful, authentic Lebanese food with friendly service. A must try!
