I'm not usually one to write a review, but I was quite unhappy with my haircut - as a guy, my hair is usually pretty easy to cut (short on the sides, some length off the top). My haircut was completely assymetrical, I am resorting to cutting it further myself to try and fix it. Unfortunately I didn't realise in the shop how uneven it was.

Liz has been providing amazing service to me since coming two months ago. Her eyebrow waxes are crisp and she always makes me feel welcome and accomdated. Highly recommend Manhor and her to anyone!

Second time coming here. Great service. Got exactly what I asked for a good price! Will keep coming back here!

Ibrahim is a really good hair stylist. He listens to what you want and does his best to give you a great cut. Really good service. Recommended

My partner had an amazing Hot Stone massage & facial experience this weekend. He was delighted by the intensity and experience of the massage therapist and her attention to detail during the package services. The facial complimented the massage, leaving him with a beautiful glowing finish. He looks forward to coming back on a regular basis.

I was waiting to do this review for a quite sometime but today is the day.

First of all I should start with all the positives

The specialists who really know what they are doing and the most important part is they are very patient and professional when it comes to the services which they look into all the details and make sure they provide complete customer satisfaction. I have special shoutouts to the stylist Miran and Ibrahim who will always give you the best results. Also I should mention the owner of the store Silky who really cares for the customers and make sure customers leave the salon with happy smiles.

The ambiance is so good and they have good music also they offer Tea and beers which is really awesome and that’s what I keep telling that this is one of the best salons in Melbourne and it is just a minute walk from Southyarra station.

Now let me speak about the negatives

Lol who am I kidding, there is NONE AS THIS IS THE BEST.

I would recommend everyone to try at least once and I am guaranteeing you all that the service which they offer is worth every penny.

A honest review from a happy customer?

I booked a full body wax, FULL body wax means a full body wax! But not so at Manhor, it seems that Manhor has its own meaning of the word full. Ears, nose and crouch are not part of the body according to Manhor, I still have hairs on my chest. NOT happy!
As it was a cold day I would suggest that a heater in the in the room wouldn't go amiss as I was shivering with the cold.

A honest review from a happy customer

Haircut took 15 minutes and seemed rushed.
Didn't give me what I asked for - haven't had a haircut this poor since I can remember.

Unfortunately, I can’t be positive about my experiences here. The previous owners/management Mankind were stellar. Flawless. Manhor staff try their best but they obviously need more support and the premises needs a good scrub. Sorry very disappointed.

I highly recommend Sean for men's haircuts. He is an excellent, highly experienced hair dresser. He is also a really great guy. If you looking for a Hairdresser look no further than Sean Wilson. 5 out 5

Very unprofessional stuff,
New to this Bussines they don’t know what they doing, after I had my haircut I’ve got the go to different place to
Fix my hair I definitely won’t to go back there
They don’t even know how to speak and how to respect customer shame.
And they charged me $60 for haircut +washing hair with special shampo, they only did haircut and didn’t wash my hair at all and cost me 60$ That was big lie … I never go back there again

VASIM did a really good job. The hair cut and the beard sharp up was professional and on point. Very satisfied with the end result.

After a friend recommended me popular Manhor Packages, I went with Manhor Chill Pill package, with 1 hour executive medicure & pedicure and 1 hour relaxation massage. It was a very relaxing experience & I feel rejuvenated post lockdown. Salon looks very neat with a great positive feel and customer service & staff were outstanding.

My post-lockdown visit to Manhor involved waxing and a much needed haircut.

Zoe did the waxing and she is meticulous. She gave me a hand mirror to use a couple of times and worked with me to make sure her work was in line with what I wanted. It was clear she is dedicated to her work and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Thank you, Zoe!

The haircut with Gita was also a good experience. I'd done a do-it-yourself clipper job and my damage needed repair! Gita was also thorough and I was happy with the final result.

Overall, Manhor under new management was great! I'll be back.
