Purchased a Amazing bike from Manic fitness, mum loves to use almost everyday. Cannot praise Manic fitness enough: 10/10 service, 10/10 price and equipment. Will be shopping here again when possible.

Went our of his way to explain everything in detail and spend time going though everything and answering 1 million questions even though he knew I wasn't buying anything at the time. Absolute legend, just honest and genuine.

A very positive experience from Manic Fitness. Steve gave some very helpful advice about what I was looking for. I purchased a Bodyworx Air Bike and he was happy to price match and does not give a hard sell. The bike was delivered quickly in a couple of days.

As expected, I stuffed up what should have been an easy assembly by putting on a part the wrong way and could not get it back off. I rang Steve and he kindly returned to my home after he finished work to fix what I had done. Above and beyond great customer service and I am very happy with the quality of the bike. Highly recommend Manic Fitness based on my experience.

Me and my mrs came in during lockdown where I was interested in getting some equipment. We were introduced by the owner Dean where I told him what I wanted. He was really nice at first then started bragging about how much he’s made and started being a little creepy towards my mrs talking about his muscles (which he doesn’t even have any).

I told him I’ll think about it then he decides to call my mrs behind my back while I’m unaware and attempt to convince her to sign the contract using my signature (forge). When I found out I threatened to sue and he immediately cancelled the contract. Not only is Dean dodgy but he is a coward for blocking and refusing to apologise too. 0 stars if I could

The Manic team are awesome in every aspect, extremely knowledgeable in their products and an amazing customer service. I cannot rate them high enough. We came back to them twice now, once 14 years ago to purchase our treadmill and now our cross trainer. The male who delivered our goods today also quickly fixed our treadmill which we thought had died after 14 years but brought it back to life in a very quick fix.
