Did a great job on some old combat boots, friendly as, and gave me a free replacement laces aswell

People seem to bring this cobbler falling apart shoes and they’ll bandage those (the shoes can’t get much worse afterall) … it looks like that’s the best of their workmanship level.

If you bring them high quality shoes, be prepared to take a huge risk in seeing your beloved items start to fall apart after (and see no accountability from them).

It's fantastic to find a place that actually repairs things. After initially calling in to get some extra holes punched in a belt I've been back a few times for other belt repairs (and key cutting!)

The staff really know their stuff and the high quality machinery scattered about the place shows how serious they are about all things leather!

I'll defo be heading here for my next set of dress shoes, Loakes with any luck, this is the sort of place that really needs to be supported

Great service! I forgot a pair of boots that were being repaired there once and got a phone call 4 years later saying that they still had them and did I want to go and collect them. Most places would re-sell or throw them out. Very impressive kind and professional service.

Can't recommend these guys enough, they have breathed new life into a 15 year old pair of Loake brogues and saved me hundreds of dollars by avoiding buying a new pair.

Dropped of a brand new pair of shoes that I had destroyed falling off a scooter. I was so upset but they were very kind and explained what they might be able to accomplish. Unfortunately had my very expensive shoes ruined here. Stained beyond cleaning and the leather was actually CUT into around the whole toe. They were then sent to a third party for repair without discussing with me. 3 months later they were returned to me - not how I left them. Manager won't talk to me, no offer of compensation / refund (was stupid enough to pay upfront). Not very professional.

Excellent work on a pair of Olympic weighligting shoes I had with very worn down wooden base platform on the outer edges, as well as worn down rubber sole.

A unique specialist shoe from many years ago which is not commonly seem by cobblers, but he was able to repair it superbly, understanding my requirements perfectly, restoring the heel and the rubber sole, making it back to 100% functionality. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Manfred did an amazing job repairing my partner’s favourite boots. Beautiful, quality work, excellent finish and quick turnaround time. Boots were returned looking like new. Highly recommended!

Took a pair of suede boots with worn soles in - they completely resoled the shoe and it looks as good as new. Not cheap, but very high quality work.
