Mandarin Food Store 金鳳士多 （茶記 ·到會）

A nice Chinese Cantonese restaurant at the ground level of the Lonsdale St. Apartment complex.
The food is tasty and the rice serving is very generous.there is an exclusive toilet for the customer but you must ask the owner for them to open it for you.
There will be some additional surcharges when paying electronically and during the public holiday.

What a pleasant surprise just across the street from where we were staying. On the shop's recommendation I got the braised beef brisket. It has chunks of radish that were a nice balance. It was a huge portion and I can easily eat it for a few more meals. Just a suggestion that I tried adding some tomato relish we had and it took it to another level! Very excited to go back and try more dishes if we have time.

An unknown gem amongst the Cantonese cafes in the city. The food is cooked superbly and Simon, the owner, hails from a renown Hong Kong restaurant so the food is legit!

I don’t know it’s a nice place with beautiful price and nice chief and I don’t see many people around here even I have came here a few times. The food are nice and I like them a lot.

Incredible food and even better service! Owner is chatty and warm, very motherly figure, she remembers your name. Food is delicious and split between a Western menu with impressively sized sandwiches, and a Cantonese/Mandarin Asian menu that has *huge* portion sizes and tastes amazing, with a really spot-on price. A trusted spot for my lunch!

The Katsu Sando is amazing! Portion size was HUGE with a light crispy batter and fresh ingredients. Everyone at my workplace was impressed with the Sando. Highly recommend, still thinking about it!

Amazing Smoked Chicken (no preservatives or hormones sourced from a Meat shop in Dandenong) Avocado sandwich for lunch! Limited options as of now however they just opened! Haven’t tried the freshly baked breads yet!

I picked up a couple sourdough loaves to have at home. They were very tasty. I would recommend. I am excited to return and try lunch options.
