Absolutely lovely service have come in quality a few times and are met with a lovely conversation with a girl in a pink stripe jumper. Good quality products as well. Will definitely be coming back regularly

The store is well stocked and is extremely well priced. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful besides the odd occasion I’ve experienced 1 or 2 not so helpful sales assistants.

A huge thanks to Maryann for the amazing service she provided today. Her product knowledge was invaluable and her customer service skills exceptional.
She was even told by another coworker to go on her lunch break but declined as she wanted to finish serving us first.
If only there were more customer focused people like her out there!

Bought a pair of safety joggers and wore it just for 2 hrs and started to feel pain in the heel. When I took them for the return the shop assistant whose name was Mark refused to accept the return as he said there are bit sand stains on the bottom of the shoe and he won’t be able to sell the pair to any other customer. Instead of sending the product back to company he was only worried he won’t be able to resell it. When I was purchasing I asked is that a comfortable safety shoe and they said yes much comfortable but only wearing for 2 hrs and pain started. At the time of return assistant said there is only one brand steel blue which are comfortable. No one mentioned about that at the time of purchase. They are simply misguiding and putting discount on the shoes which are worthless and not good enough. I wanted to refer to my friends but the bad customer service from the staff there is very awful. Team at Mancave Bundoora doesn’t help you in anyway for returns. Total waste of money

Brought a pair of FXD safety shoes here. Wore them for half a day and they were 2 tight after a while. Took them back and was told to go half a size bigger by the shop assistant. Did that but had the same problem so took them back for a second time. Shop assistant recommend I go half a size bigger again because they would be wider. He look at the shoes I brought back and told me he can't take them back as they had a small scuff on them. I had already told him I'd worn them for half a day but had the same issues. He wouldn't change my shoes so $170 down the drain. I've brought a lot of things from this shop and have also sent my employee's here so I may have lost $170 but it's going to cost man cave a lot more with over 30 employees no longer buying shoes or clothes from there. Really disappointed

Usually would rely on workerwear hub for purchases, but we decided to come into man-cave this time. Needed to make return for an item unworn and purchased a few hours beforehand, but they didn’t accept returns. Given the better competitive prices and offerings and ability to return, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

I buy shoes from mancav. I have problem with it size, when I go to replace they didn't replace it they gives me 6 months warranty but I buy it 2 day before. I am totally disappointed. Don't buy any stuff from Man Cave I recommend to all.

Ordered pants and was told they would be picked by store manager and would be there the next week was willing to pay upfront and was told not to worry and just come in next Sunday to pick up. Went today to pick up and was told by the same guy that they didn't come in and that the wrong ones come in or something like that. Yet the week before he would be picking them up from dandy store. I also got told today that they could get them for me but I would have pay up front now. Sorry but don't like being lied to.
You have lost me I will happily spent my money elsewhere.
