I like the place it has what we need.
But not sure why every-time we buy stuff we don’t get any receipt.
Not sure what they add is correct at the end cause anyone can do mistakes. And cause i felt wrong to ask again to re-do the calculations, im sure ive lost around 3-4 dolars.
Happy to come again. But will appreciate a receipt with the products we buy.

I found the only way to get replies to emails enquiring about my order was to go to the fb page and only then did l get a reply. I ordered 3 boxes of choc whip as my brothers birthday is Nov 30th. I wasn't worried if a few were broken as my daughter said there was so much we could do with them recipe wise as she is a chef. Just as well given a good 70% were broken, not the company's fault. This was okay, stored them to use them closer to brother's birthday when l noticed the BEST BEFORE DATE was 10th Oct. They arrived on the 8/9/22 giving us approx 30 days to eat them. Once l realised this a few days ago, we decided to just eat them now as with the best before date we assumed they would still be okay so took them to brothers house for a pig out. They did not taste right. We went though them and sadly they were not edibl, trying to separate the insides of them but the after taste was not good. The dog and the birds enjoyed $75 worth of choc whip. To send a customer extremely close to BEST BEFORE date food that had VERY clearly already started to deteriorate in taste is poor form. Having lost my 23 year job, leaves me even so much more livid that l have wasted so much money on something we could not use or eat.

Will never use this place again, Purchased sunflower seeds from here and every bag in the box was open and seeds sprawled everywhere. After countless attempts at emailing and attempting to contact them I finally had someone call me and try and get me to sort it out with AU post! Then I get told they will take care of it, guess what, still waiting. The worst customer service ever. Shame mama alice. I will not be buying from you again and I will seek through ACCC to regain my money. How dare you

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Family owned business and you can see that the moment you walk into this wonderful atmosphere!
EVERYTHING you would possibly need for your pantry fridge and freezer is available in this store.
