Highly recommend this physio clinic. I came in with a range of injuries from running and within a week or two of prescribed exercises, all was resolved and I was back out running again.

I came to see Mark with a bulging disc issue that doctors had told me I would most likely need an epidural or back surgery. I was in a lot of pain and at that point in time could only walk around the block, it hurt to do absolutely everything.

Mark was able to identify what the issues were (other than the disc) that were preventing me from recovering.
Along my journey with this injury, Mark showed me so many tools that I could do at home or work myself to assist my recovery and prevention.

Mark also understands the importance of lifestyle to his patients, in my case it is my love of exercise, he was able to empathise with what had become a very sedentary lifestyle for me and reassured me I would get back to what I was doing.
Today I went for my first (very small) run in over 4 months

I have complete trust in everything Mark recommends for me to do (and not do!).

Absolutely excellent and professional physiotherapist, I have suffered Herniated disc pain for years, I can not even walk for 10 minutes before I met Peter, now the pain are almost gone, life get back to normal.

I just had my second remedial massage with Andrea. It included dry needling which I wasn't sure about but it has totally released my shoulder that has been sore forever! Andrea has such expertise. She is a game changer!

Vladimir is an exceptional massage therapist. I explained my one problem area on my upper back and he focused on that one area for the entire session. Very satisfied and will be returning on a regular basis.

I saw Hayley for some pregnancy related back issues and she was incredible, she made me feel so comfortable and walking out of the clinic felt like I was floating on a cloud after she had worked out many of my knots. So so helpful, I cannot wait for my next appointment!:)
