I felt comfortable with my initial physio here, as there was a genuine concern for my physical well being. However, as I had her replaced while she was on leave, I felt that my other physio was trying to scam me for more money by dramatising certain injuries that were checked for a second opinion. When I had called to cancel my appointment (a week in advance), the receptionist Stasi was very rude and cold over the phone and is the reason I will be seeking out another local physio.

Vernon offered a great personalised service, and I was very happy with the results. The clinic in general are helpful and flexible, offering an overall excellent experience.

Attending Malvern East Physiotherapy was an excellent experience. Vernon provided an individual tailored program to ensure my injury was remediated and the area strengthened to prevent the chance of injury recurrence. The 'At home' program was easy to follow and allowed me to achieve my goals sooner.

From the warm welcome at reception to the thorough and outstanding treatment I found Malvern East Physiotherapy to be wonderful. Vernon carefully eased the pain in my shoulder, demonstrated and explained clearly the proscribed exercises and also followed up via email to check on my progress. Vernon set out a clear plan for my recovery but he was also flexible to change as required throughout the treatment. We started my rehab almost instantly to increase mobility; the testing, the action plan, massage and detailed exercises, helped motivate me and get me on track for my road to recovery. Vernon took the time to explain and demonstrate each exercise and remained in contact via email to distribute the rehab programs or answer any questions that I had along the way. I was treated by Laura for my Achilles Tendinopathy. Her treatment regime expertly balanced the recovery of my injury with my strong desire to continue with my weekly hit of social tennis. Laura was both professional and very friendly, and I felt privileged to be under her care.
