Dr. Jill Cargnello is incredible. Not only did she take great care of me, but her level of knowledge, kindness and attention is very comforting. She explains everything clearly and was lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor who gives you their time and who combines such personal touches with their high quality care. Her nurses and reception staff are extremely.pleasant and always very helpful. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Just some feedback from my 4: 30pm consult today. I came in for a laser treatment, I had a test patch done elsewhere last week so I phoned on Tues 20th Sept to advise I had a photorejuvenation test patch on my face - should I still come in as I want to actually have the treatment done today. Reception advised on the phone that I could have the treatment done despite my very small test patch from another clinic. Then during my appt I was advised I actually cannot get the treatment, so the advice on the phone from reception was wrong. Was charged a $30 ‘consult’ fee when I didn’t even come for a consult but for a treatment. When flagged with reception while paying, I was told no one would have told me that on the phone lol And I should have asked to speak with the nurse.maybe offer that when someone is asking the questions I was asking. I paid and had the receipt handed to me with no goodbye or thanks, just silence and a glare.not such a great experience when I very politely addressed this issue at front desk. I didn't realise mentioning a poor experience could be met with so much hostility. Learning how to take on customer feedback and take accountability will only help you guys be better!

Olivia is so professional, caring, attentive, witty and honest in her medical dealings She made me feel properly looked after, with treatment results second to none. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Olivia to my close family and friends

Disappointed. Receptionist staff were rude, dismissive and defensive about an administrative error at their end. Something as simple as an apology and an offer to assist would have made it a non-issue. Instead, arguing with patients; not a great look. Recommend some customer service.
We’re not able to see the dr due to the errors, and we had to leave after waiting for 45 minutes.

Thank you Dr Cagnello and Angie for squeezing me in and carrying out the treatment on the same appointment. Truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

Poor management, I’m happy to wait for appointments that are running late but if the appointment is at 3: 00pm I’m not inclined to wait until 3: 50pm only to go into my appointment with no apology. Jill lacked life and her tone was morbid and I felt like I was at a funeral.

Jill Cargnello is an excellent dermatologist. Highly skilled together with a very pleasant personality. So thankful for her treatment and care.

I highly recommend Dr Cargnello, she is clearly an expert in her field and I greatly appreciated her time, patience and kind care when treating my young daughter.

I understand now why some specialists are so amazing at the area they love specializing in. This Doctor is so proffessional, so clever in her knowlede of acne and treatment, that I highly recommend her to anyone who would like help. As a parent of a 15 year old, I am so pleased with myself for obtaining this second opinion. My son learnt a lesson today.the difference between mediocre specialists and really great ones. Jill Cargnello is a no nonsense doctor and will prescribe a treatment and expect you to carry it out with no excuses, that said Dr Cargnello also make referrals to a network of great professionals and goes above and beyond in her treatment.

Dr De Cruz was polite and informative during the session, but the cream that was suggested to me did nothing to improve the situation, despite months of continuous use. He also did not inform me that the cream he suggested would leave my skin sensitive and thin.
I emailed through and informed the clinic, and received quite a rude call back from Carol, the practice manager.
I would not recommend this practice.
