Stopped in to drop off a single shirt as my partner regularly drycleans his work shirts, the male serving (without even saying anything other than Hello) started to fill out the tax invoice $8.30, I was surprised given it was my first time there. The male asked how much do you usually pay and I said "Its $4.50 in the city" his response "Well then take it back to the city! "

I would have paid the $8.30 because it is something that needs to be done but I was even more surprised at his response. I just walked out, advice customer services goes a long way. Introductions, advising prices etc

The staff is wonderful. They often carefully keep stuff that we had forgotten inside pockets etc. Love dropping off our weekly dry cleaning there, they always have lollies. The quality of the cleaning is superior to big companies.
