This law firm has has made a sham of our case taken alot of money and did nothing to help us

Makin Kinsey Lawyers have put me under financial hardship, I am suffering from all of this and has affected my life and i am unable to work, They made promises to lure me in thinking they were helping me, Yet were shafting me. Ron Makin was always asking me for money needing to pay his staff, From there i realised alarm bells were starting to sound.
Failed to listen to instructions charged me thousands and then wanted to abandon me because the matter was too complex. Biggest mistake using this law firm made all the promises in the world to take my money and then wanted to shut the door on me.
In response from the Law firm, I was paying them MAKIN & KINSEY therefore the file should of remained at the law Firm, The Lawyer was employed by them and Makin Kinsey just wanted to pass on the buck and now making excuses. They purposly prolonged my case to take my money and then told me to go elsewhere. They should learn to listen to their clients. Key Vital information that should of been submitted to the court was never done after they had promised me. They just lie to you. Money is more important to them than the customer, They have caused me enormous stress and they couldnt care less. I have reported them to VCAT for displinary conduct and want my money back.
