23Have had a handful of treatments with Osteo Olivia and the results have been amazing. Using a combination of needling, cupping and hands on therapy I have been so grateful to her for getting me back to my best running!

I absolutely love this place! All the instructors are so friendly, encouraging and skilled in what they do. Doing regular pilates has improved my flexibility and strength, and the pain in my knees has gone. Every class is different, with instructors motivating and challenging you every step of the way. I highly recommend!
Anita is a legend, she's expert at helping people get on track and is a great pilates instructor as well as massage. I've worked with her for a while now and have found her to be knowledgable, friendly and passionate about the health of her clients. Highly recommended!
Last night I have no pain.but when I’m woke up I have a little bit pain.during the day when I’m working pain is come on & off.this evening I went the gym, I did cycling & gym exercise I don’t have a pain.but I’m not sure I can’t run yet.thanks.

Been a member for quite some time and haven’t even bothered to look elsewhere because Major Movement is where it’s all at! The small team here will instantly treat you as part of their family. Clients of all different ages, no judgement, all fun and so much joy and laughter.

I started seeing Anita for remedial massages, which she then recommended me to try one of her Pilates classes and this is where I found my love for Pilates, I enjoy it incredibly. You move every part of your body that you didn’t even know could work. You’re then left feeling accomplished and stronger each and every class. Absolutely amazing team that I’m so lucky to be a part of:)

I love this studio! I was referred by a friend more than a year and half ago and haven't looked back. Always feel amazing after a pilates reformer session or a remedial massage. Every pilates session is different and the instructors cater to your fitness level. The Major Movement team are second to none.
I have been attending pilates classes with Major Movement for about 1 month and I am enjoying every moment. The trainers are professional and the facilities are so well kept and clean. They offer a wide range of services which has helped me overcome a neck injury.
Anita performed a fantastic remedial massage on my chronic back and neck issues and felt improvement almost immediately. Highly recommend Anita.
Anita is very knowledgeable in both massage and pilates. She is supportive during pilates lessons and ensures you have correct technique. She listens to her clients and their individual needs. Other staff members are just as excellent to work with. Would highly recommend them
Anita went above and beyond! I had injured myself earlier on the week and even though she was quite busy, she went out of her way to accommodate me. With her wealth knowledge she was able to explain where and why I had injured myself and how I can prevent it going forward. I cannot recommend her enough!
Week 2 of 'Over 60's Reformer Pilates' [Gentler & Slower] and Anita has my broken body doing stretches & extensions that I thought impossible, which proves that she is a fantastic teacher, as well as a supporter for me each time we meet. When you reach your limit of pain or ability, Anita will not push you beyond that point, but will still challenge you. I am becoming more agile with each session and actually look forward to attending twice a week. Well done & thank you Anita. [PS: I'm not 60 yet.heehee]
Thank you so much, I was so twisted up and sore. I feel so much better, didn't realise how out of align I was. Will definitely be back. Also, the dry needling really worked!
Anita caters for everyone’s age and physical restrictions during her reformer pilates classes. She encourages you to challenge yourself in every movement to better your strength & performance.
Anita is now doing online classes from Monday - Saturday which vary from a high intensity workout,
low intensity strength and a blissful balance / stretch class.
Anita’s energy is contagious and it’s what motivates me to get out of bed every day.
Very professional! Helped me through my back pain and showed me exercises to strengthen my back.
