I visited Main street dental last week. I have a fear of the dentist but this place was great! From the friendly Anna at reception, to Dr Sarah and the team, i felt at ease and liked the way everything was explained to me before it was done. Ive found my dentist!

I am one who is very afraid of dentist from past experiences and have been to a lot of them trying to find one where I am made to feel safe and in good hands. Today I visited mr Anthony and he was absolutely amazing he spoke me through everything and explained in great detail what I need done and what options I have. I will definitely be returning!

I love coming in and having a chat too. The receptionist Anna is fantastic, she’s so helpful and clear, kind and friendly. There’s always ample parking available. They do helpful reminder messages before your appointment also. They happily give you any samples you need. I can not recommend them highly enough! I’m extremely satisfied with their service! From the initial booking towards the end of my dental appointment; I received nothing short of absolutely politeness, efficient communication and top-notch work.

The clinic also sells dental products and care at a justified cost; alongside an absolutely clean and well designed facility.

I’m not even from the area but I would absolutely consider Main Street Dental Clinic again if I required work whilst being on this side of Melbourne.

I cracked a tooth and was quite nervous about visiting a dentist as I hadn't had a check up in over 20 years. I strongly recommend Main Street Dental Clinic to anyone who may be in the same boat!
Dr Ana is very kind and gentle, and explains each step of the procedure that's taking place. She and the friendly dental assistants are quick to check in on me during any procedures too, as I tend to get the shakes a bit. And Anna at reception is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and is very helpful with any questions I have.

I had an excellent experience at Main Street Dental clinic. My son has historically been very anxious when visiting the dentist, but was shown great care by Dr Anthony and the nurses. He was given clear instructions and they took the time to explain his treatment plan.

Fantastic service, Anna got me in on short notice to relieve some nerve pain, Anthony as always is gentle and patiently talks through any work needed. Highly recommend.

I recently had an appointment with Main Street Dental Clinic, Lilydale. My usual dentist was shut over the Christmas holiday period but I was able to get an emergency appointment with this surgery. They were very helpful and friendly, and got me sorted quickly. I was very impressed.

Dr Alex Shen is highly skilled, very gentle, caring, and a great communicator. I really can't thank him enough for his expertise with root canals I needed that were difficult and challenging. The entire team at Main Street Dental are professional. Practice Manager Anna is very friendly and knowledgeable, giving valuable support to patients, such as after care following an extraction for my daughter before she got braces.
