When dealing with a bereaved family they should be more caring and compassionate. The receptionist was lovely, the lawyer on the other hand could not have been more uncaring. A very negative experience and I would not recommend them.

Have been a client here for 5yrs & highly recommend these people. Friendly staff, clean office & very professional. Limited parking because of the school & cafè across the road & definitely no parking on those grounds. They have the option of stairs or lift from ground level & not sure about wheelchair access.
