Potato cakes great.then.cold chips rubber like flake and cold chicken burger. Not even any salt on chips. Just another ordinary food place.

Worst customer service have ever experienced. Food was Cold and swimming in oil, under cooked, Dim Sims were like rock cakes, never ever again.

I think the customer service there is getting a lot better but I have always enjoyed the fish n chips

Went in on the weekend - super busy, but like a well trained team behind the counter, they were keeping up with what must have been a monstrous workload in the heat.there was a sign that the dim sims were now home made, bigger, but cost slightly more due to their original supplier closing their factory - the sign was written as an apology, but they had nothing to be sorry about - THEY WERE THE BEST DIM SIMS WE'VE EVER HAD! The chips were the best we'd had in a long while - potato cakes (my favourites) were a little different - so would be nice to see them return to their usual perfection, but it was a really yummy meal.and i can't stress enough how good the dim sims were <3

The staff is very rude. I don’t recommend. Long wait but they don’t talk nicely to the customer, specially a guy was standing next to me a Uber delivery driver they just ignored him badly

The seats have been removed for over 2 years now. There is no consideration shown to customers with disabilities requiring seating.

Zero salads or the like, but they sure know how to work a fryer - some of the best fish and chips I’ve had in quite some time.

Best fish and chips, souvalaki is to die for! The people are always genuinely happy to see you and you can order ahead by phone.

If I could give no stars I would.
1. I asked for grilled crumbed flake. They gave me crumbed fried. It had no flavour at all.
2. The calamari is the processed minced type covered in crumb. Not proper calamari that is in 1 piece as a ring.
3. There was a thick layer of batter all dried up over the bench between the bowl the fish is battered in and the actual fryer. No care given in cleanliness.
4. Flake and calamari was so dry and over cooked, pretty much inedible.
If I could add a photo here I would to show just how terrible it is.

Close enough to the worst fish I've ever eaten! The fish and calamari rings were terrible. It's hard to describe what I got, it was almost inedible!

The BEST potato cakes I have ever had in my whole life - I am 49 years old - and my dad owned a fish and chip shop.
This is the first time I have ordered (via Uber eats) from you and it will not be the last.
