The guys at Star Car Wash are amazing! I recently brought a brand new car and wanted a high quality place that would take care of it. Ali and the guys do an outstanding job they always go the extra mile and their customer service is truely the best customer service you will ever receive. I won’t take my car anywhere else they have a life time customer. Great job guys well done.

A complete rip off, went in for their top clean, paid $279! And they didn’t do anything which they were supposed to on the list, didn’t even vacuum out the back of the car, wipe down the inside of the doors, still bird poo on the paintwork and mud under the arches! When we complained, got nothing back - a job for consumer affairs I expect! Never again!

I enjoyed the fact that they allow you to wash your engine and have a cool air pressure wand to dry.

This car wash provides variety of services, making easier for me to find exactly what I need.

I booked online & got $10 off the Star Polish, which is a bonus! My car was very dirty & full of junk that the car cleaners would have had to move around to get in, so i wasn't expecting to be blown away.in the end the result was okay, it took 2hrs & there were still parts of the car that had not been cleaned.

For $220 mini detailing, you’d expect way more detail to be done. Left window corners dirty, no effort to remove marks. Overall, disappointing

Paid for a premium service worth $195 and booked in at 3.30 to ensure that my car would have adequate time. Upon arriving the place was packed. The manager said the job would be completed by 5: 30. My car was not ready until 6: 30. And even then they were rushing to get it done.

While the carpets were clean, the outside of the car still had dirt on it. Watermarks still left on surfaces inside. Windows missed. General dust still resting on the boot cover and on the back seats.

I called the manager after to tell him about what was missed.who insisted how 'big' the job was as he 'cleaned it himself'. Even though when I got there he also joked and asked if I had 'already cleaned the car' - because it wasn't that dirty.

The manager gave nothing but attitude when I called to explain that a near $200 job was less than described on the website. Said I could bring the car in again and he could 'do it in 15 minutes', but I'm choosing to take it somewhere else.

I won't be coming here again.

Terrible. Upon picking up, we found several spots where they didn't vacuum at all, and we asked them to re-vacuum again, and upon returning in 20mins, we found they have missed out these areas again. As we were in hurry, we didn't ask them to re-do it the third time, but we told ourselves not to come back here anymore.

To make matter worst, as we returned home, we found out our rear Bose speaker was dripping out lots of water - see photo.

Guys! What are you doing!
Why are you spraying water internally? !
Be vigilant when you use pressure washer as the water pressure may penetrate through the car speaker!

I have just finished taking down the whole door cover off, and wiped my Bose speaker Dry before it get rusted!
It was really really wet by the way, and I doubt if the speaker would work the same again!
If there is any issue we will ask you to compensate and replace this speaker with new due to your negligence!

I should have really clean the car myself instead of paying $85 to these incompetent people. What a hassle.

Not very friendly people and they’re unhelpful if you have any issues to discuss. My friend even had her disabled stickers stolen! Would not recommend

I have done my car detailing in here, it was way better than I imagined. Thanks nima for the good service.

Left my car at 3: 45 for a wash and was told I’d be messaged when it was ready. Returned at 5: 38 and the whole operation was empty and no one was on site. Got no message as the staff member wrote my number down wrong. Had to call the owner who returned without apology and a fair amount of attitude. Wash was acceptable but vacuum was not. Obvious when you get outside. Clearly they can’t pay attention to detail in what is a way too dark space to operate.

I am a regular at their Carwash and have always had excellent service and my car is always looking amazing once they are done with it, the management and the new workers are all talented and have great attitude towards everyone customers and workers

Went over and beyond my expectations to deliver the service which i was after, i was extremely surprised with the finish, the management looked after me after i left my pride and joy there the whole day.

Paid $60 for complete car wash, inside and out. It was fine from the outside, but stain still visible inside. Can't see them in the carpark, but notice all of them when I got home. What a waste of $60!

The boss is an absolute tool my fiancé and I came for a work trial and saw the dude just chilling on his phone instead of cleaning cars so we left, not very polite in his communication either would not recommend working for him nor getting ya car done unless you wanna get ripped off

Awesome service, professional workers, on time, great car detailing, highly recommend to other friends.

Used the service for car wash, my vehicle had not been washed for a year and had cobwebs, so it took roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the wash (inside and outside clean). Overall, happy with the wash, and got to get a good workout in the shopping centre while I waited.
