Magic Hand Carwash - Kew East

The crew at Magic Kew East took lovely car of my Tesla and made me feel welcomed through the wait with free coffee and ample seating inside and out. Would highly recommend if you want your pride and joy to look and feel brand new. Will be back again. 5 stars!

Really disappointed in paying for the superior service and drove away with a dirty car and seats not vacuumed properly. The drive through car wash would have most probably done a better job. Waste of money!

This establishment is the best in the business. No cap. Friendly staff, trustworthy, professional, and very hardworking. Every service they offer gives you value for your bucks especially detailing services.

Iam a regular customer i have been here over 6 times and everytime the boys do such a thorough job and go above and beyond to keep the car spic and span. There’s also a nice waiting area inside with a nice cafe.overall a very good experience

On first glance the car looked great, but when I got home, I noticed unfinished cleaning on the inside and outside of my car. I am also concerned there was some damage done to my car, but this is hard to prove. Overall I was disappointed with the result today.

I had an express detail service and was really satisfied with the result, didn't take too long and the staff were really lovely and efficient.

Great work by the guys at the Kew Branch! The car came out super clean after not having a wash for a few months! The detailing on the inside of the car and dash was great! Looked brand new. A little pricey but worth it… will be back!

Great service by the team. Right from start when I entered the facility, the crew welcomed properly, patiently asked what needs to be done. I had quite a bit of pet hair all over the car. Team did a fantastic job in cleaning up both internally and externally and the car looks new now. Definitely recommend these guys with no reservations and I will come back in future.

The Magic crew went above and beyond in the amazing job detailing and cleaning our 4wd to be ready for sale. The car looks new and I really appreciate the level of dedication and effort expended to achieve the amazing results they got. It was beyond our expectations and we are delighted with the results and great value too considering the amount of time and effort they put into it!

Car had not been cleaned for ages due to lockdown - so it was more expensive than usual - I have a dog that loves the mud - but same as what I’ve been charged elsewhere. Great, friendly service, on time, easy drop off and pick up, very convenient. Very happy with the result.

Gave my car for a Superior Wash, Cut and Polish as well as some paint repair for minor damage. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely be using again.

I don’t really like cleaning the finer details of my VW, especially the exhaust tips. Dropped by magic hand car wash and was attended by KP. The exhaust tips is like brand new! I’ll be going for a cut and polish with them in the future.

I'm extremely happy with this Kew store, reasonably priced, an excellent job in steam cleaning as I requested, and the car looks immaculate. All done in a timely manner as well.
