Magic Hand Carwash - Kingsbury

Took my car there today for express detail turned out looks like home job didn't vaccume properly, I could see dusts on my dashboard, got marks all 4windows. My first time at car wash so not really sure what detailing finished should looks if this is normal I'm apologise for my bad review but the staff are amazing n friendly

Have renewed membership here for years now. Faultless honestly! If I could give more stars I would.
They are professional and courteous and actually care about what they are doing. Amazing customer service every single time. On site manager being just a lovely human being adds to the experience my kids love coming for car wash!

Been using them for 10 months now but this is my first bad experience with them. Sent car for in and out cleaning but the interior cleaning was terrible I can spot on dust everywhere in my car. Magic car wash please do reach out as am not using your service for free am paying for it! But the supervisor on site not sure what’s his name his service is awesome very helpful but the rest of the team mates who is need to be trained more on interior cleaning.

The store supervisor Dang called me and has rectified the issue in no time and apologies for the bad service provided. He is giving me another detailed wash for free. Thank you Dang for your effort you went beyond and above to maintain the store credibility.

I have been going to Magic now for around 4 years and Dang the manager is such a nice guy and all ways willing to make shore im happy with how my car looks. Every time i have been there Dang is all ways on the go and as long as Dang is there I will keep coming back and make my car look like MAGIC. I give Dang and has team 6 stars out of 5 keep up the FANTASTIC work Dang.

Had a voucher from Kia for vacuum and clean. Was quick service due to 6 vehicles being in front of me. Did a fantastic job to clean my vehicle given car was dirty and sand everywhere from being at Mornington Peninsula for the week. Would pay for this service and reasonable price.

Great car wash much better than other car wash places. Some details of seat cleaning were missing in the express detail but overall was good.

The two managers and Kingsbury are fantastic very good operators very professional I love this place

They shouldn’t call themselves car wash especially the manager of the place, as they don’t know anything about it, they just know how to wash the clean cars and if the car has just a bit of dirt or dust on it then they would either deny or they’ll charge 300 bucks to clean it. Apco machine car wash is much much better than this wash.

I have been using this car wash for a few years now and I find the personal attention and service from Dang and the team to be consistent and amazing. The express wash when you are in a hurry for $15 is great, my car always comes out super clean and it includes a free chamois (see pic). I have also used the full in and out over many vehicles and the quality and attention to detail when I need something extra is always top notch. Have recommended many friends to Magic Hand Kingsbury including prestige owners paying a lot more elsewhere. Keep up the good work MHCW.

This car wash is the best in Melbourne… the only reason it is the best it is because of the Supervisor Dang.he is customer focused.always tries to help every customer and most importantly manages his team to achieve excellence in car washing and detailing.he is a. Asset to Magic car wash.

Friendly staffs, cleanest carwash as I have ever seen. Happy that I get the annual membership here, would recommend for everyone.

Interior and exterior wash. I have a yearly membership and have been happy
However having gone through a muddy farm on the weekend the car was very dirty. I left the car and came back to a clean exterior bot mats were not clean. Still dusty so l would recommend you call to ask if l wanted the mats steam cleaned rather than come back to dirty ones.perhaps placing paper over mats once vacuumed would be a good idea. Perhaps next time the car could be viewed internally to see if it needs extra attention. Sometimes the leather seats or dash need extra attention but have not been asked so the car comes back not completely clean to my standards.
CLEAN MEANS CLEAN NOT PARTIALLY.
