I had my interior carpet cleaning done with Prestige Car Handwash, and they did an excellent job removing all the tough stains. Very fast and reliable service.

My car was a mess. It had been a long Covid sufferer and it still looked grey and quite ill, forsaken and ready for the Tip. When I left however, it shone! The price was 250 for a hand wash, cut & polish. I was there for around an hour and a half. For a car that had only ever been through two car washes and had a few home hose downs, between 2014 and now, it was worth every cent.

If there weren't some stickers we'd previously placed still on the dash, I'd think they'd gone out and replaced it with a brand new one! The car looked incredible once complete. Literally looked brand new. Huge shout out to the team there. Will be a return customer for sure.

Excellent carwash.
This is the only carwash I've found in Melbourne (I've tried 4 others) worth paying $49 for a wash and vacuum. My car always comes out very beautiful.
I tried the coffee a few years ago and haven't tried again after disappointment. Note: I am very fussy when it comes to coffee. There is wifi and a place to sit and wait. Or the walk to Auction Rooms for excellent coffee is about the right distance for the time of a wash.

Early December, took my car to have concrete splatter chips buffed out. They did a good job, but it took 2 appointments that each went double the quoted time. Also, my 8 year old daughter and I were exposed to a large, hectic physical altercation between staff which was pretty stressful and very unprofessional.

The staff left wet mats in the boot covered by other belongings. I only noticed once the mats had gone mouldy. The manager said he'd re-clean the mats. Cool. Thanks. Now I can't get my mats back. I refused to leave until the situation was rectified. I was ignored for 45 minutes then asked to leave with only the word of a junior staff member as guarantee. They denied that there was a manager on site. They refused to give assurances in writing.
Another staff member threatened to physically assault me and threatened to damage my car.

All in all my experience with PHCW has been quite negative and unprofessional.

$199 premium car wash - hand to go back for vacuuming, window cleaning and interior clean. Did not meet expectations at all for the hefty price!

Amazing Detailing service

A good wash service tainted by pushy sales tactics. Visited for a standard wash but had to decline a $300 detail about 7 times before the salesman gave up.
