Magic Hand Carwash - Epping (Undercover)

I had my car washed in January 2023 with the Epping car wash, I paid $108.00 for a full wash and polish, it is very hard to see the end result with it being dark undercover, but I can see the front windscreen was not cleaned and I dont believe the car was polished.when I went to collect my car, they gave me the wrong keys and then offered me a bowl of keys to choose from. (none were mine). When I tried to contact them on their website, i was not able to make contact, stating their page was down and to try again later,

I got my car cleaned today, both the outside and inside; he convinced me just for $10.00 more I can get vacuuming included which is kind of stupid because getting the interior cleaned should mean it includes a vacuum?

It’s not like my car was bad, I had cleaned it a few weeks ago and I just honestly wanted a little touch up… anyway, it was done in an hour and a bit.

The review mirror, side mirrors, all my windows weren’t cleaned, it literally looks like they just dusted it?

There are wipe marks all over my sunroof and the top of my car. What a waste of $90.00.

I just wanna mention that to ur packages don’t make any sense?

Driver seat was not vacuumed properly and whilst I was inspecting the car there was residue on the car that I cleaned with my fingers and was immediately told because I didn’t get the polish option that’s why your car still has residue on it. Absolutely ridiculous. $69 for a hatchback and couldn’t clean off some residue

Outside clean for sedans listed as $30. Was rudely told mine would apparently cost $60 because "it's dirty".
Are the prices not meant to be for dirty cars, hence the whole point of getting your car washed at a car wash in the first place?
This is not how other Magic Hand Carwash stores operate.
Based on the images in other reviews, I'm sure if I had gone through with it I would've been thoroughly disappointed.

Honestly, it's not rocket science to charge $50 for just interior cleaning. The guy I spoke to was not polite and abusive and did not like it when I told him I'll take my business somewhere else and got angry.
I'm very happy I did not clean my car here with the number of bad reviews. Charging whatever they like is not a good business practice. Shame on you.

Please, do not go there, stay away. They destroy my car paint, now I need to paid to fix it. Worst place ever

Never again. I can not believe these people are still in business. They did a terrible job on my car. Should have looked at the poor reviews first before taking my car there, it's a lesson learned.

I paid $120 for my Ford ranger to be completely cleaned so basically inside out but as soon as I got home I noticed my car wasn't cleaned properly.the tires still had dirt and grime on them and parts of the car still had soap cause they didn't rinse it properly.my roof rack looked like it wasn't cleaned or scrubbed. The body of the car still had marks of dirt and more. Even the inside of my car wasn't done properly. My car looked like they only just put soap on it and rinsed it.even the windows looked disgusting.there were streak marks everywhere. I myself when I noticed it. I was quite frustrated because I paid that amount for my car to be washed, cleaned and rinsed 100 percent but It absolutely looked like they weren't bothered. So I had to reclean everything when I got home because my car was still very dirty. I am not happy with my experience with this place

I visit this place on Sunday I paid $79 as you can see from the photo was when I drove out. I only came to know of all the place they miss and how dusty it’s was when I drove out from the undercover my boot wasn’t vacuum and wipe down. Don’t think my money was wroth it. I know it’s is hard work, but it’s isn’t really what I expected to be.

This place is a joke. Paid $79 for superior wash and wasn’t cleaned properly at all, I have been much happier with $15 car wash elsewhere. Never again going back.

Worst experience they cost me $200 for deep cleaning, but car was not cleaned at all and wasn’t even vacuumed properly.

You pay for a service they don't clean your car and refuse to give you a refund. Manager is an absolute rude person who has no remorse in providing a service of quality. My car is still dirty inside and they charged 65

I paid $200 waste of money I clean the car better for only $25 I am so disappointed in what I got never going back don't go there go somewhere else

Got my car washed, I spoke to the guy to show him that the mats weren’t clipped in properly, seats were not vacuumed properly. I had to clean the rims myself because still had brake dust on them and soap residue was on the back bumpers. Very dissatisfied overall

I used superior wash service every time at pacific Epping undercover magic hand car wash service station.
Have 2 issues with recent car wash quality and cost,
1) for hatchback previous same as sedan price $69, now hatchback is considered as SUV and charging $79.is it Honda Civic is Hatchback or SUV?
2) I have used superior wash after drive into country side dirt road.since undercover I cannot see it properly and once back home I saw all four tyres inside mud is as it is like before wash.windscreen glass and rear glass still can see wax effect not wiped fully.
3) every time I mention them last time not cleaned these areas properly but no change from them.
4) worst service compare with other car wash around epping

Took my dirty car in for 45 mins and went into the shopping centre, came back out and car looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off.

Surprised to see a lot of bad reviews on here. I had a good experience. It’s a bit expensive, paid $69 for. Wash and polish, but thought they did a good job. The guy who washed my car was very detail-oriented. Maybe it just depends on who cleans your car.

Was told my car was dirty. So $55 wasn’t enough for a basic clean and told me to pay $90 instead. Not sure why they expect me to bring in a clean car?

I got my car cleaned, inside and out here today and was served by Rishi.

They did a terrible job and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Rubbish service pay top dollar to get my car clean when I come back it’s still got dirt marks on it. They a rude and disrespectful.they should learn to speak English and not some foreign language which I have no idea what they’re trying to say to me or understand them and they always prefer cash money ATO dodger!
