It was such a pleasurable experience at Magic Richmand Car wash. They cleaned my car very professionally and left no dirt and dust at all. My car looked like newly bought. I would always prefer Richmand car detailing and car washing now and forever. I want to extend my heartfelt Thanks to all the team workers working there. Moreover their welcoming nature towards their customers is mindblowinh. I would rate it with 5 out of 5 star

Though if it’s very busy the wait time is 30 minutes max for a in n out service that’s why love to b here for the car wash keep up the good job guys

I've been coming to Magic Richmond for many years now. Mehdi and his team are very friendly and professional. They always do a great job. For instance today I said I didn't have time for a full outside and inside as I had to collect someone at the airport, but Mehdi said don't worry we'll get it done really quickly for you. They did and to their usual high standard. Now I'm picking up my telative with a fully clean car, not one with outside clean but with dirty carpets and interior. Thanks guys! Charles

Great service, detailed cleaning. We have a double coat fur dog who loves dirt which makes our car extra difficult to clean, and it’s been a nightmare for us. This car wash place has been great, every time clean the car like new, like we don’t have a dog, great attention to details. Strongly recommend this place if you have a fur baby at home.

I joined the wash club with in and out interior, I've enjoyed the convenience of being able to just drive through the carwash on my way home from work. I had my interior done understanding that it would just be a wipe over, vacuum and windows cleaned, it was done so poorly only half the dash was wiped the windscreen wasn't touched and neither were the back seats.very disappointed. I'll definitely be changing my subscription to exterior clean only

Great quality and service. Even when it looks busy, getting your car cleaned inside and out is done efficiently by a large team of cleaners.

I took my new Mazda 3 to wash last weekend and they didn’t dry it properly, there were a lots of water mark all over the car and specially on the windscreen.
Also at the end they tried to sell you a membership for $700 lol

Impeccable service by the team at Magic Hand car was Richmond. After first arriving and being hesitant as to whether my car would fit the dimensions of the ‘tunnel’, the team leader quickly devised a plan to get the car hand washed beautifully by the hard working and dedicated team. Whilst they were hard at work I had time to send some emails and attend to business over the phone. The whole car now looks better than it did off the showroom floor and it’s a credit to their sheer dedication and attention to detail by the hard working crew. I wish they would stop sending text messages saying my car is ready to be collected especially when my car is in my driveway as I don't use Magic Carwash Richmond.

It should called VIP Carwash, felt like a VIP from my car wash, fast, efficient and professional!

The service was quick I think in reflection too quick the exterior of the car looked gleaming but on inspection smears around boot and cobwebs in the interior of the boot that were there as car been in storage not removed.interior door sills still needed a 2nd clean.drink case holder snapped off but my husband refixed. First impression looks great but areas mentioned needed a 2nd look to do top job

Broke my front car seat, probably due to forcing it to move. Have attempted to call them to discuss but never pick up calls.

One of the best car wash in town.staff is friendly.thy really do a good job.highly recommended.
This is my 2nd year with them and I never ever had any issues.
