I had booked an appointment, as there was a short circuit issue in my property. I called the business and I had given short notice and it was also after business hours, but thankfully the team still came out to my property and was more than happy to assist. The team came to visit my property and provided friendly professional service, despite the short notice given. They we’re able to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue, then efficiently resolved the short circuit and ensured all electrical appliances we’re running smoothly after that. I received a high level of incredible customer service and the team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the team and would definitely rebook with them, if any future electrical issues arise. I have already recommended the business to all my friends and family! 10/10 service

Installed two new powerpoints for security cameras and fitted the cameras as well. Explained everything, patient, really flexible with coming to visit. Offered to vacuum after! What a legend!

In an era of rising construction costs and severe lack of reliable tradies who are able and willing to do smaller, urgent jobs at a reasonable price, MAES delivered above and beyond my expectations. I had an urgent job and the business responded within a couple of hours and sent trades out within one business day. The boys were responsive, on time, and thorough with their installation, conducting additional tests on wiring to ensure all my concerns were addressed and resolved before finishing the job. They were also clean and did not leave a mess afterwards, plus the cost was below my budget! Definitely a unicorn business that you will not regret hiring for all your electrical needs.
