Madison's Woodfired Cafe / Old School Pizza & Stonegrill

We've ordered takeaway pizza I'd say around 6-7 times.

2 or 3 times the pizza sauce hasn't been spread close enough to the edges and the last couple of times the basil wasn't fresh and was once just all lobbed literally right in the middle of the pizza.

We've tried a couple of different pastas but haven't been too impressed. The pasta was overcooked each time.
Why do "local" places find it so difficult to do a decent pasta? !

A little bit inconsistent is probably the best summation, but overall fairly good pizza, especially for a local offering.

Quality pizza. Best in the area by far if you're into wood fired. The Margarita is on point as is the Chilli Prawn.

We love coming to OSP with the family. Food and service is great. Our kids always enjoy the spaghetti bolegnase and there milkshakes!

This exquisite, 7-star establishment is unique in Melbourne. Greeted at the entry by the most beautiful smiling staff, you will enter a top class eating area furnished by high quality tables, chairs and accessories. On offer is a highly diverse menu with so many dishes to choose from. We have been their customers for a few years now, and despite the long drive as we live in Regional Victoria, we still make this our preferred restaurant.

The food is heavenly delicious and desserts that make you feel you're in Venice. Whilst all the staff are extremely friendly and competent, Mary stands out as the best. Her "customer comes first" attitude will make you return to this place again and again.

Prices are very affordable and reasonable. Venue is extremely modern, clean and high class.

The food was great. We went with a big group and it looked like everyone enjoyed their dinner.
I had cutlets on hot stone. The seasoning was just right. Many people chose ribs and there were not much left over.
The management is marvellous. Keep up the good work. Staff also needs to be commended.

Took the family here at my daughters invite. First time. The food was ver bland but very expensive! Grandmas calamari was way too salty with a very strong fishy smell! Terrible!

Wooooweee! What a delicious peri peri pizza! Would totally recommend this place.portion size is a bit small for a family, but now we know how much to order next time.looking forward to having a jaw breaker pizza at this branch next time.the service was simply too good.

Far out. Where do I start? Perhaps I should talk about the fresh ingredients used in their tasty meals? Or the generous portion sizes? Wait wait, I know! I'll start with the smiling, courteous and accommodating staff who were more than happy to cater to any of our needs.

I first went here when it had just opened up and to be honest tonight was a whole different experience. Not that our initial time was bad, but to see the place buzzing and the smells and sounds of a well run family business, was a great time for us all.

Can't wait to come back.

I accidentally ordered at there Coburg store was ment to order at the westmeadows store but the guys fixed it up quickly and have me my pizzas thank you for that and the pizzas are amazing.

Great pizzas and calamari fantastic customer service from the young Man who served us on Sunday unfortunately didn't get his name. Definitely would recommend

One of the best pizzas I'd had since coming to Australia, the base was lightly charred giving the bread a smokey flavour, the mozzerella was tasty and stringy, and the pepperoni had a strong, full, punchy flavour. A must-try when I go back.

Absolutely ridiculous there's no alcohol. Never been to a restaurant where they don't serve alcohol.

These guys are awesome! They know how to cook, they have great customer service across the board! Mouth watering chicken pumpkin risotto, arancini balls with melting cheese oozing out, heck, even the chips are great too! I also didnt expect the milkshakes icecream Willy Wonka to ge really good. Some other places usually just have pretty looking milkshakes but all you can taste is sugar. However, this is not the case! But make sure you do it at the end of your meals so you get to enjoy your meals before the desserts!

This was my second visit, the food it amazing
Our service was great at the beginning but we waited at least 30 min for someone to return once we were done and only got someone as we literally had to yell out to them while 4 servers were fussing over a table of two.
The ability to split bills was great also

Best customer service and hospitality from management to the staff on the ground. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable.

Madison is everything you expect it to be, portions are quite generous and the food is great for the price, The staff are lovely and friendly. It's a great place to bring the family. I’ll definitely be back for more.
