You must check your receipt what you purchased in the store. They charge 2 3 times the price of 1 item. Today when I showed them the receipt, they said we will balance it out in today’s purchase. But again they charged more money. Literally it is just like thefting.

I occasionally buy meat here, the last time I requested for beef tripe and was told it was frozen, I later bought 1KG of frozen beef tripe. On getting home and defrosting I realized it was not beef tripe but goat as they were thinner, in addition they were already decayed. I will not visit here again.

The chicken was terrible; I had to throw it in the bin. When I provided feedback, they suggested bringing back the meat.

Hand Slaughtered Chicken:
There rumours that Medinah Chicken is not Hand Slaughtered although they claim and sell saying that. Even some of there staff members in Hoppers Crossing say its not hand Slaughtered.

If it's not hand Slaughtered and they selling it saying that, then it's deception and breach of trust.
Can Medinah Halal meat issue a statement and place a certificate in each shop, that confirms the Chicken is hand Slaughtered.

I bought goat i got 10% meat rest bones. And for the boneless pieces extra charges.
This is second consecutive time it is happening. I didn’t want to say negative first hand because mistake happens but this is becoming routine.
I hope they will fix it or soon they are going loose customers.

Been going to this place for years.fresh meat no doubt and reasonable prices.they have halal pies and sausages too.best part quick service and excellent customer service.but it's mostly busy so have patience and u will be served.

THESE THEIFS IS SLAUGHTER CUSTOMER WITH HIGH PRICES AS WELL AS CUTTING CHARGES MEAT INTO PIECES. THEY DONT WARN U IF CHARGING EXTRA. NOTHING IS HAND CUT CHICKEN. THEY ALL LIE. OTHERWISE WHY WILL THEY HAVE BAIDA AND STEGGLE CHICKEN IF THEY MARKETING HAND CUT CHICKEN. STAY AWAY GO TO POULTRY N MORE OR WESTERN HALAL MEAT.

Goat meat was just bones, recently moved to this neighbourhood and this was my first purchase from the shop. Will need to find another butcher unfortunately

I buy goat meat mostly. Of all the places I’ve bought in melbourne and ballarat, this store has the fresh ones. I drive all the way from ballarat to just get this meat.
Hope this stays the same and not be disappointed.

One stop shop for premium meat, pies, sausage, bacon and other special cuts all halal. For people who prefer hand slaughtered chicken this is the place near Tarniet. All the girls who serve are super polite and helpful. I was super impressed with how clean and high quality the meat was.
